This is the first time I am ever using a designer and Adrian is a designer I find easy to work with. During the initial discussion when we were looking at different quotes from different contractors, Adrian was understanding and was very flexible in our negotiation. One of the reasons I choose him was that he was not as rigid in his quotation or requirements as compared to the others. Adrian was understanding with our numerous changes in the initial stages and he gave good design ideas from the start. Unfortunately the renovation started for only one week before it was put on hold because of the lockdown. During this time, he was updating us regularly and assuring us that our deposit /payment was safe and he would finish the job and I find this to be very assuring as we were spending a lot of money. During the renovation we actually had additional requirements and it was not a problem for Adrian to make adjustments to the design and do it. I must say that Adrian was easy to communicate with, flexible, willing to make rectifications and solve any problems. One advice I would give to anyone doing renovation is not to rely solely on the internet pictures or samples items that is shown but to go to a physical showroom and see and feel the actual product before committing.
