It was a really bad experience as they were very unprofessional , the reason I took the ID was so that I don't have to deal with 3 rd party but instead I have to deal with everything. i have to liase with the carpenter. He was late in delivery and not a word of sorry instead overcharge us for items we did not request. He even put our house at jeopardy by allowing the contractor of his to put the keys in our post box. lost our SMEG microwave glass too. We had to push him in completing the house and it was not done in a professional manner. The 3D pictures were different from reality. The part where he had all the measurement of the house yet he the very last minute he said there were not enough space for the design. That was with the kitchen and my children's room. He asked for 90% payment even the work was not 90% finished. If he could not complete the project by the date given he shouldn't have taken the job. I had other companies who could complete the job.

Got the keys to our home and started looking for ID/contractors to ensure we maximize the space that we have (condo unit, limited space). Shortlisted a few but decided to go with Kotak Kreatif as they were very attentive with what we wanted and their design consultations made sense as we were influenced with pinterest designs that sometimes may not make sense for everyday living. We showed them what we wanted and they tweak it to fit our style, budget and made sure it was good for our lifestyle. At the end, the quality of the work is beyond amazing. FYI, we engaged with Kotak Kreatif for our kitchen, dining, living area, shoe cabinet and laundry/yard area. Eventhough our space is limited, it feels spacious. Highly recommend Kotak Kreatif. The construction took about two months to get the job done at the kitchen and living hall, including SPC flooring. The fresh design got my attention first, and the finished job absolutely has won my heart. But the ultimate appreciation must be given to the quality because all of the cabinets, floor, wall panels, and other work are still in the best condition even though my house was sank for about 4 days during the flood disaster in shah alam on dis 2021. Thank God
