Although we had listened to several other designers/firms, we did not regret meeting one more and that guy was the unassuming and down to earth Mr Khairul. From negotiation to design and then to renovation and handover plus minor touch ups, he has been a steady, reliable, helpful person every time. He kept the project on budget, involved us, took feedback, and ultimately delivered a great job! 10 stars!

The designer committed from the beginning of the discussion of the overall ID concept to the end of the execution process. He even committed to addressing any fault or needed rectification and changes post-renovation. The communications were timely, usually via Whatsapp/call and face-to-face meetings where required. The overall quality was excellent and as expected. The commitment and all-rounders were outstanding and commendable, and, in terms of budget and timeline, overall was OK.

Designer is a mutual friend of mine. He is willing to accept ideas from us owner, very friendly. Designer met my expectation as I requested for a simple and fast design and solution. Within 2 weeks time I moved in already. Simple design, good workmanship and comfortable, which is what I asked for. Khairul also willing to settle defects in the fastest possible time. Our home was renovated by FreeFlow Design and the outcome was more than what we expected for our new apartment.
