My wife and I were amazed and impressed by the final product delivered by Willy. This was our first HDB flat that we had purchased and had decided to go along with Willy as he was not pushy in presenting to us his vision for the house, he was practical in what was required for the house and did not try to upsell unnecessary works to be done. He was also accommodating to the ideas and vision we had in mind. It was a nerve wrecking process at the start as initially there were unexpected delays such as the hacking permit approval from HDB. Willy reassured me that he will do his level best in making up for lost time during the delays, these were not empty promises made by him as he managed to deliver spectacularly on his reassurance to me, given such unfavorable circumstances. There were times when I would contact him in the late hours of the night and he would still be responsive. His level of commitment towards the renovation project was surreal. All in all, I would definitely recommend Willy to anyone who is interested in carrying renovations for their home. If you are looking for a reliable and no-nonsense ID, Willy is your guy.
