Metamorph stood out among 7 ID firms that we engaged. There was no better choice: engaging team and competitive price. Zheng Yuan and Pola knew very well that our home had significant challenges: weird shaped ceiling, low ceiling height, layout that limits creativity in space planning, not to mention an owner with exceedingly elevated expectations who studied a lot about renovation 2 years ahead! Yet they agreed to take on the challenge and delivered it. Their quotation was detailed and transparent; we explored a few options including self-procurement of certain components to maximize the cost effectiveness, and they accepted it whole-heartedly without trying to charge all components themselves. We really felt the team was customer-centric! Response was swift, and the electric/water/ masonary/ carpentry company were very responsive too! We managed to squeeze in a very tight schedule to incorporate all works timely, in correct sequence so that no extra visit needed, despite the pandemic and manpower challenges in 2021-2022. This is a company that can deliver on target despite the significantly difficult macroenvironment. We managed to hack away one toilet, re-invent the kitchen layout, remove the wall on level 2 common space (replaced with glass), and solve the master room low ceiling issue. And I would say the result is stunning, up to our expectations. The masonary, ceiling work, painting, and carpentry still last after a year, and that tells something about the workmanship quality. We are lucky to have met Zheng Yuan and Pola and Metamorph, and thank you very much! Look no further if you want quality works, good budget, and a team who can take on challenges!
