I engaged Kelvin for the renovation work when I moved my home to a bigger flat. I told Kelvin about the types of my personal lifestyles so that Kelvin was able to design the flat that suited my lifestyles and preferred theme. Kelvin fully understood my requests and actively shared his suggestions on certain improvements, such as materials selections, air-conditioning piping flow, and specific assistance for elderly movements in the toilets to ensure sufficient safety protections were in place. Kelvin arranged Zoom meeting sharing layout plans and pictures to facilitate further discussions and confirmed initial ideas could be materialized. When renovation work commenced, Kelvin’s updates have been timely, supported by pictures and videos and in accordance with the agreed Gantt chart. All solutions proposed by Kelvin at my requests were well accepted. During the renovation period, when certain structural issues were discovered and encountered, Kelvin would suggest variable work to overcome the issues. Kelvin always ensured I confirmed the variable costs before the work was added. I cancelled one initial item after draft layout plan due to certain space constraint. Kelvin also respected my decision. The service and workmanship quality had been completed at high standard and I am satisfied of the deliverables. I am most impressed by Kelvin's calmness, professionalism, and patience. He has excellent project and time-table management skills. Kelvin kept the original renovation items within my initial budget. I was happy to adopt his recommendations as variable orders. He delivered the renovated house to me in time and in satisfactory conditions.
