My partner and I were clueless about our house renovation process after purchasing our resale flat on a whim. 85sqft was recommended to us by a friend who just completed his renovation and was happy and impressed by the process and workmanship. We had the chance to view said friend’s flat and had the chance to meet with King and Hanz while they walked us through the furnishings and designs of the house. We did our due diligence and contacted other IDs that were recommended to us via Qanvast. The same design and budget were given but with varying prices and design ideas proposed to us for our Scandinavian theme. Some of the IDs had strict designs that they wanted us to adhere to. For example, only a certain shade of wood colour should be used or only a certain carpentry design could work. But with 85sqft, King respected our decisions and made us feel heard, that the design is for us to decide but he will give us advice/recommendations. What I appreciate throughout our reno process was King and Hanz’s honesty about the prices and timeline of the renovation. All costs were given to us upfront and we were given the choice to proceed with the item or not depending on our preference and budget. Everything was listed in our quotation if not listed in our WhatsApp chat for transparency. They were efficient in their replies and had great contacts for electrical works and curtains/blinds who were easy to work with. Anything that we felt were amiss were cleared and worked on quickly. The product knowledge they had was respectable as they visit the site often to check in and follow up with their workers on the progress. We had a chance to visit another of their reno site which confirmed our decision from the quality to the finishing of carpentry. They took pride in their work and that marks the quality of any great professional. We recommend 85sqft to anyone looking for great service and quality for the money. They may be a smaller company unlike many of the options listed online but this allows them to have better control and management of the projects.

King is very experienced and he knows what is required to ensure a good output. Friendly, genuine and a direct designer. Prices are reasonable and quality is top notch. The best thing is that King comes over every major work that needs to be done and this create an assurance for me and my wife. Recommended my sister’s home to King and he got it done before the deadline with perfection. Thumbs Up Mr King.

Great attention to details. Patient & accommodating to queries. Prices was reasonable & able to deliver on said timeline. Small company but I believe small operation usually provide the best customer service/ experience. Carpentry expertise was the highlight for their service with highly customizable compartment with input for usage & practicality. Will recommend people who are looking for no frills Reno with own ideas & visual which they will provide the know how.
