This is our second time engaging Ciseern. It has been a pleasant experience working with Cindy. Cindy was very friendly and easy going. She was knowledgeable, attentive to detail and gave us practical solutions to meet our needs. We appreciate her timely updates of the renovation and her swiftness to responding to our concerns. Though there were some minor hiccups but Cindy was quick to rectify and offer a solution whenever a solution arises. Despite the tight timeline, she was able to ensure that renovations were completed well within the estimated time which I believe its her good time management and efficiency. Overall, workmanship and quality of materials were excellent. Throughout the project, Cindy was professional, patient, responsible and acceded to our requests. I would highly recommend Cindy without reservations if you’re looking for a great ID to work with!

We are blessed and glad to have Zax Zeng from Ciseern to design our house. He is very professional, meticulous and has his own design ideas. He gave us a lot of advise in making our dream home. Zax is friendly and approachable. Me and my wife are very satisfied with his design and recommendations towards our home. Overall, we are very happy to have him as our designer and we would highly recommend him to future home owners who are looking to get their home renovation done.

Approached Frank from Ciseern who was recommended by my relatives. Good impression during our first meeting. Frank is a very patience and fun guy. He has been giving guidances and ideas for our new house. Very responsive whenever i text him for queries. Even after completion, he will follow up on my query and ensure all is well. From the start of renovation (protection for floor and door), material quality are all acceptable. Renovation timeline has exceeded our expectation as it was completed before our planned scheduled. Thanks to Frank, we are now staying in our cozy new house.
