Bought and had the V series installed. From the start till the end, service from salesperson Amos has been excellent. He demo-ed all the functions of the dispenser at the showroom and took the time to explain every query that we had - tankless, maintenance and recommended water pipe installation. One thing I noticed was he never made reference and never put down other brands while doing his demo, which showed his confidence in the product.Although the dispenser is quite expensive compared to other brands, the build and material used for the dispenser are of good quality. Amos also kindly let us postpone the installation several times and understood our reno progress.On the day of installation, uncle called 20mins before arrival. As my water pipe was already ready, his whole installation only took ~15minutes. He went through the functions and explained how to change filter and reset the machine etc.Very satisfied with Ruhens!

i just received my water dispenser today and i'm loving it. so glad to be able to chance upon this brand. the whole purchasing and installation process was so smooth! i previously went to try out other brands but felt that the size of dispenser wasn't very nice and wasn't very user friendly. i'm so glad that my family will have quality water to drink at home from now on.
