Would like to recomend Le Interior to anyone who is looking for an ID. Both Vicky and Kaylee attended to us. From our 1st meeting, we had a good feel about them. This good feel is consistent throughout the whole renovation journey. Both of them are very dedicated to their work and often replied to us promptly on anything we asked. Thank you Lewis & Team, Joe for making this renovation process well and smooth!! Hubby and I are absolutely happy with the final output. He has successfully turned the HDB flat into somewhat a cosy hotel suite! We couldn’t ask for more as the renovation was exactly as per what we have envisioned months ago. We have received multiple compliments from friends, family and colleagues that the renovation added coziness and it feels like they were stepping into a private condominium. Lewis understood what we wanted and advised us on the design, colours and right furnishing & fittings to purchase. He studied our layout and helped us to MAXIMISE our small space. He is always responsive and open to suggestions. He possesses warm and friendly personality. We all work very well together. He is creative as well. We had some fengshui kitchen layout request which will deviate from the original plan. He was quick to revert with better solution. Of course, all renovation have ups, downs and opps. We greatly appreciate how Lewis took responsibility of some minor hiccups that we highlighted and was quick to rectify. He is honest in delivering the reno and he do not overpromise. He is willing to go to an extra mile to ensure that all reasonable requests are met. Looking back…… we ALMOST engaged “main contractor” instead of MDS in the name of saving $$. After 3 rounds of PAINFUL initial meetings with 2 main con, we realised main contractors have MINIMAL design skills and lack creativity. And you must be hands on and ready to commit hours in liaising with them and be on site to monitor. The savings were not great honestly and we felt it was not worth it at all. So glad that we had MDS to levy our stress! I would highly recommend Mr Designer Studio especially if you have hectic schedules and need to leave your house in good hands! We also appreciate the over and above personal touch that Lewis have especially after we moved in. He popped by our place several times just to ensure that things are alright and working well.

We met up with different IDs but decided to choose Barry because his quotation was reasonable and he has a good attitude. Barry is hardworking and takes pride in his job. He answers all of my 1001 questions patiently and helped to settle the major works so that we can move in quickly. Barry portrays a calm and professional manner even though he has a few projects on hand. We will definitely recommend Barry. Thank you Barry for your efforts!

It was a great experience with Urban Home Design overall. Prior to signing with them, we had visited many other IDs as well, but felt that Urban Home was the most transparent about line item costs and balancing budget vs. aesthetics (instead of pushing for the cheapest or most expensive ideas). Most importantly, we felt the most assured and had a connection with Amy and Xiang Yi, and thus decided to sign with them. Fast forward to the decision making process, Amy and Xiang Yi were helpful in putting out suggestions (e.g. for drawer configurations, hob vs. sink location) for us first time owners to consider, but were not overly pushy and allowed us to make the final call on the design of the home. During the renovation process, they were also very on the ball, being present both during the actual renovation as well as to help coordinate the installation and deliveries, even for things that we did not buy through them. Any small hiccups (expected of any reno) were quickly discussed and rectified, and we thankfully did not have to go through any of the typical reno horrors you oftentimes read about. While we have not shifted in and cannot review the long-term quality, overall, we are very satisfied with the renovation process and workmanship thus far. Would highly recommend them!

We were pleased with the team's commitment and teamwork and like to thank the contractors and workers for their hard work and dedication. The service and workmanship were excellent. We are very grateful to everyone in this project and especially to our ID Ashley Misso who managed and supervised the whole project professionally. She was often on-site to ensure everything was smooth. She was patient and understanding and quick to respond to our last-minute requests for changes. Ashley deserves a commendable appreciation. We are very happy with the results and would like to recommend TIL to anyone who is looking to renovate your home.

I met more than 10 IDs on my renovation requirement but none of them was able to come up with a design that suit my family’s needs. Thankfully Corey was able to grasp the concept the moment I share my thoughts. My husband and I were impressed with the draft 3D design even before we commit to the deal. Corey is open to new ideas and willing to incorporate our suggestions into his masterpiece. He was accommodating to changes as the renovation progresses. Of course, there are areas of improvement with regards to onsite execution of the design plan. The smooth coordination between contractors will help to ensure better work flow and timely completion as per schedule. The design of my home compliments perfectly to the backdrop of the breathtaking view. Walking into my home is like entering into an Airbnb apartment - feel so cosy, so relax and so comfortable. We had come across a few advertisements from Livspace and we wanted to get our Kitchen renovated. We wanted a dedicated space for the chimney, a compartment for everyday cooking items, and we asked for modular cabinets to be easily accessible, wide and spacious inside without much fuss from outside. We also needed some storage area below, and an attic to store the other items, Livepsace has designed it so well, we feel every detail is worked with utmost effort, and I thank ID Ryan for all that efforts, you have a great way to go Livspace. Ivy is pleasant to work with as she is able to propose ideas / items to meet our needs, sometimes we might not know what we want but she is able to give good suggestions. She is also responsive and always get back to us on the same day, even though ours is quite a basic / small contract. Very importantly, she is able to keep to our initial budget and unlike many horror stories we hear about other firms, Ivy has not given us any unforeseen VOs to-date. So far, it has been a pleasant renovation journey with Ivy and Yang's!
