My family chose Minutiae as the interior house designer as he was able to meet the proposed budget. The designer, Mr. Tong, was a friendly, patient designer and is able to handle tough requests by my family. Overall, his designing work was adequate and able to match the kind of theme that my family wanted. However, his carpenter’s workmanship was not satisfactory. There were huge discrepancies to what was designed and what was built. Parts of the cabinet was not done properly, such as weak storage shelves, storage door mechanisms started to fail not even 1 week after moving in. The flooring was not done properly causing air gaps on the floor. Apart from the workmanship, minutiae have very good project management skills. They were able to deliver the project within the agreed time frame.

Working with Mr Tong was very smooth, he take care of all my concerns regarding designs, layout. He go the extra mile to get the samples for me to choose despite his tight schedule. Response from Mr Tong for my enquiries was prompt. He has very good 3D sketching skills. I can visualize my home in just his 3D sketching. Budgets are set before we commence work, therefore we try to keep within our budget and I am very grateful that i have engaged Mr Tong for my perfect home.
