We were very happy with 9 Creation for our condo renovation. Brandon was our ID and was excellent from start to finish. His design ideas were good, practical and utilised space well. He knew his products (flooring, tiles, benchtops, cabinetry) as well as had great suggestions on colour matching. He always kept to the theme and any changes along the way were dealt with smoothly. He had practical solutions for unforeseen structural issues. We appreciated his regular photo and video updates and that he went out of his way to keep costs down as much as he could. He is very meticulous and was a great project manager - the whole job was completed ahead of projected schedule. After completion he was again quick to fix any follow up issues post handover.

We had a wonderful experience working with Brandon. He was patient, never pushy, and offered valuable ideas to help resolve design challenges. He was also very receptive to our own input, which made the entire process feel collaborative. As first-timers in house design, we truly appreciated how he guided us step by step and helped bring our dream home to life. We had shortlisted quite a few IDs and in the end we decided to choose Brandon Toon from 9Creation. During discussion he understood what we hoped to have and gave constructive ideas which are practical. Although the overall cost exceeded our initial budget, we are happy and satisfied with his professionalism and advices. His design sense and styles are highly recommended too. He also helped us to choose the color and furnitures/fixtures which matched our theme beautifully.. He is always fast to respond to us, very polite and professional. The project was completed on time, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Many months has passed since we moved into the new house, we did encounter quite a few minor issues here and there, he remained active and responsive in his replies. We had an excellent experience with 9 Creation, particularly with Brandon! He is very honest and not just merely wanting to make a profit out of every inch of our house! He gave us suggestion on where to source our fittings at a cheaper price! More importantly, he has been very responsive throughout our renovation and addresses to our concerns promptly! We engaged Brandon as our interior designer as he was the designated designer for one of my relatives' home. After visiting and reviewing our relatives' house, my mum was the one that decided that she wanted to give our home a new makeover after the initial rough renovations done. Working together with Brandon throughout was a very smooth and comfortable process, from the initial viewing of our house to the renovation period where he oversaw the whole thing and to the end where he handover the house and its relevant documents to us. He was always consistent in giving us updates on the on-going renovation and also gave us his feedback and ideas on the furnitures/household items that we were planning to purchase for our house (i.e. whether it would be aesthetically pleasing and/or convenient to set up). Even after we requested changes after looking at the initial budget/quote that was given to us, Brandon was also very easy-going and even suggested cheap alternatives whenever possible! The initial timeline given to us was a 3 month period or even a little bit more - this was a bit of a concern as my family members were going to be renting out rooms to stay during the period. To our pleasant surprise, the renovation was promptly and smoothly done earlier than expected. It was done in about 2 months and a week (if i remember correctly) and after coming up to check the house, it was very well done and we were very pleased with the renovation.

A big thank you to Brandon, the design team from 9 Creation and their sub-contractors for their professionalism and hard work in our renovations. Brandon is an amazing ID and he is very professional, prompt and helpful throughout the whole renovation process. Starting from the first meeting with him (when my wife and I were choosing an ID from a few ID firms), Brandon listened to our ideas, he understood what we wanted and the direction where we were coming from. It was a fruitful session where he showed us various material samples and design references, and he came out with the first draft of possible design explaining the latest designs and trends. This has helped us to firm our decision to engage 9 Creation and his services and it has turned out to be the best decision that we have made. During the renovation process, Brandon managed the project very well, with the planning and coordination amongst various parties such as the condo management office, condo security guards, condo-assigned contractors, suppliers, utility/telcos, contractors and sub-contractors. Brandon will send updates (via videos and photos) every other day, on the progress of renovation to give us assurance on the good progress without us having to constantly visit the renovation site. Brandon is meticulous and he pays attention to small details to ensure the quality of work as well as the goods that he received from suppliers. When faced with issues such as shortage of items or colour of items that we wanted, Brandon will come out with practical and innovative solutions to overcome them. Brandon is prompt, helpful and is willing to spend the effort and time in responding to our requests and queries even at odd hours or on weekends. The renovation was completed within schedule, given Brandon’s good time management and due diligence in following up on issues and difficulties encountered. With Brandon and his team, renovation work was a breeze for us and most importantly we were able to have a peace of mind. We will recommend Brandon to anyone who needs renovation work done. We are re-renovating our 25yrs old flats. Brandon from 9Creation follow through the process and constantly updating us the renovation progress. He did a very thorough discussion on the wardrobe and kitchen cabinet when all the hacking work is done which gave us a better picture with drawing and detailed explanation. He managed to help us to speed up the process and handover to us within 2 months time with everything perfectly done!
