First met up with Charmain through my sister’s recommendation. We’re glad that we did not have to go through any sort of reno nightmare as first time homeowners. We appreciate her help to coordinate with all our external vendors for installation etc. Along the way, there were no major hiccups and Charmain was responsive and prompt in resolving any minor ones. Overall, we would recommend Ofthebox for their timeliness, responsiveness and service recovery (all of which to us, is the most important).

Amongst the sea of confusing designers, Andy was a complete breath of fresh air!! Not pushy, but with many interesting and innovative suggestions that were budget conscious. I am happy and glad to have Andy as the Interior Designer. He is very hard working and very responsive (even in strange timing). He take his time to understand our ever changing requirement, and trying to meet them. He gives very valuable suggestions in term of design and practicality balancing between cost. He is definitely a value add in my opinion in this very stressful renovation time. Andy has an eye for detail and will directly get the contractor to change things when it doesn’t meet his expectation, so you don’t have to worry! For bigger issues he will inform you and suggest options with his rationale and that made deciding so much easier! Any queries you may have will be answered almost immediately which is impressive. Highly recommended for the outstanding work that they provided!

We had a great experience working with ofthebox for our first-ever property! From our initial meet-up with Haylee through design and execution, we were impressed by her attention to detail, methodical follow-ups and above all, sensitivity to our preferences and dislikes. We’ve been to Interior designer fairs and met multiple interior designers before we came across Of the box on TikTok. We were impressed by their work and decided to proceed with them. With every project, It is impossible to expect zero ups and downs throughout. I’ve heard so many home renovation horror stories from people around me. Likewise for us, we met many hiccups along the way. However, both Jay & Charmian were reliable and very responsive to all our request. Our concerns were addressed and issues were rectified timely. Both their patience, unwavering assistance, and design ideas will be unforgettable to our home renovation process. Overall, we had a pleasant experience working with both Jay and Charmian! We recently purchased our first home in Singapore and collaborated with Ryan at Dyel ID firm for the renovation. Overall, the experience was positive, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Communication and Collaboration: Ryan was generally communicative throughout the project, all aspects were clearly communicated and he was receptive to feedback and made efforts to address our concerns promptly. Design Creativity and Innovation: We were impressed by Ryan's creativity and ability to bring our vision to life. Being our first time, we approached all design ideas with trepidation even though a few design choices and ideas were presented to us. But Ryan was quick to adapt to our feedback if the design didn't align perfectly with our preferences. Project Management and Timeliness: There was a project manager assigned to our project once the renovation began (Evelyn) who managed the project efficiently overall, there have been a minor delays in the completion of certain tasks but everything was communicated to us promptly, and the reasons were explained and all timelines managed professionally. Quality of Workmanship: The quality of workmanship has been good and we're satisfied with the overall approach adopted by Ryan and team. We appreciate Ryan's efforts in bringing our vision to life, and we would recommend their services to others seeking an interior designer. While there were areas for improvement (as with any project of this scale), their dedication to customer satisfaction, prompt and timely communication and willingness to address concerns sets them apart in the industry.

We had the pleasure to work with Fion after considering 4 other renovation companies. The whole renovation journey was smooth sailing and stress-free, especially for a first time home owner, as Fion took charge of the whole renovation project from start to finish. During the initial ID selection phase, Fion listened to our ideas for various parts of the house and gave valuable inputs, while considering the requirements and tight budget that we had. She also followed up regularly after the initial appointment on different types of designs and costs, allowing us to compare to our liking. She was open to several changes that we had along the way which she gladly accommodated. This left a very good impression on us and it was due to her initiative and professionalism that we decided to engage Fion over the other renovation companies. During the discussions and renovation, Fion helped us with finalising on the colours and materials, providing her inputs whenever we could not decide ourselves. She also provided updates every time there were renovation works done for that day. Although I had several changes during the renovation process, Fion was able to handle these changes efficiently. Overall this renovation journey had been a very positive experience, all thanks to Fion and Renologist!

We engaged Shin Min as our ID because of her passion in this field. She is honest and responsive even before finalizing with Key Concept. She understands the theme of the house we were going for and gave some good ideas/suggestions. We like to thank her for managing the project as smooth as she could so that we managed to move in timely with the tight schedule we had provided to her. Throughout the project, she was very professional and calm. Other than that, the contractors which were provided were all professionals and experts. Have to give 2 thumbs up to all of them. Their workmanship is skillful Last but not least. The follow up work is good. The promises were fulfilled. We recommend Key Concept and Shin Min to everyone out there!!

We reached out to a few ID firms and Intheory was one of the five firms we shortlisted. Met up with Yong Kun during the initial session and felt really comfortable with sharing ideas with him. This was one of the key factors we were evaluating as we believed this would determine the outcome of our dream home. He stayed very professional & responsible throughout the engagement and we're really thankful for that! Not the cheapest, but definitely worth every dollar!
