At Qanvast, we’ve formed a community to better help others find their ID match. All users can share or read up on renovation experiences in the form of reviews on our platform. However, on the odd occasion, someone will try to leave fraudulent feedback, spam or reviews littered with offensive language and we thought it would be best to shed some light on how we deal with such posts.

We believe that better advice comes from you, the homeowners

Qanvast users can leave reviews on interior firms they have engaged. Through the years, we have gathered over thousands of reviews and opinions from our users.

We believe in giving you a voice

When you engage an interior design firm for expert advice, you should have a right to share your feedback. We believe that Qanvast is a platform where you can do just that.

We stand for your rights to share your genuine experiences. Because of that, our decision to withdraw any review is something that we do not take for granted.

Following that outlook, we want to ensure every review’s authenticity. Therefore, we require a scanned copy of your contract before verifying your review. All submitted details are kept strictly confidential and they will not be shared with external parties. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

We want to level the playing field

Listed interior firms are not able to influence Qanvast to improve their reviews or ratings. Not only does the team at Qanvast constantly moderate all content submitted, we process all content, ratings, complaints and properties to ensure that curated reviews remain impartial. No advertisers or businesses receives any special treatment.

The Qanvast screening process

We check every review thoroughly to ensure that they comply with all of our existing guidelines. Spam, fake feedback, reviews with offensive language and duplicated reviews (i.e. users leaving multiple reviews on the same ID, using separate accounts to leave the same review) will be weeded out and removed from the site.

Upon publication, reviews that are verified will feature a checkmark in the posting.

How Qanvast penalises firms engaged in fraudulent activity

We block and/or remove the fake reviews.

Firms that engage in fraudulent acts will be penalised in the form of less features, barred from any special recognition (SuperTrust award) and more.

We crack down on companies that offer to boost a firm's reputation by leaving fake reviews on its behalf. Once all of the fake reviews created by third-party sources are found, we remove them and penalise their clients.

Companies caught engaging in review fraud will not be removed from Qanvast’s listing, only temporarily suspended. We believe that our audience has the right to know what other homeowners, who took the time to leave genuine reviews, are saying about the firm.

If firms have not been reviewed by homeowners for an extended period of time, they will be featured and recommended less frequently.
