GoldenHome Expands to Malaysia with Innovative Flagship Store

GoldenHome, one of the world’s leading home and kitchen cabinetry brands, has officially launched its first flagship showroom in Malaysia. Located in a spacious 10,000 square foot space, this marks a major milestone in the brand’s global expansion and its move from a purely B2B model to a dual B2B and B2C approach.

The new showroom isn’t just a retail space; it’s part of GoldenHome’s innovative 'shared flagship showroom' concept. This business model offers local entrepreneurs a low-risk, low-investment opportunity to join the home furnishings industry. Through a 'zero rent, zero labour costs' cooperation model, GoldenHome provides a platform for aspiring business owners to grow alongside the brand.

At the opening ceremony, GoldenHome President Pan Xiaozhen described Malaysia as a high-potential market and emphasised internationalisation as a core growth strategy. The shared showroom model is seen as a breakthrough not only for the company but also for the wider industry, encouraging resource integration and win-win collaboration between the brand and local partners.

To strengthen its presence in Malaysia, GoldenHome is also setting up platform operations, satellite factories, and localised production and sales teams, all aimed at better serving local customers.

Inside the showroom, visitors will find immersive, scene-based layouts inspired by modern Malaysian lifestyles. These spaces showcase GoldenHome’s full product range, blending international design trends with local sensibilities.

One standout feature is the Fly Ker AI system, which is an in-house generative AI tool that allows users to instantly create 3D renderings of kitchen, wardrobe, and full-house designs. The system supports various home layouts, including old or incomplete floor plans, and can integrate smart storage solutions and IoT features to optimise living spaces.

The showroom also places a strong focus on sustainability, with a dedicated display featuring eco-conscious materials such as ENF-certified panels, low-VOC coatings, and bamboo composites. These materials are well-suited to Malaysia’s hot and humid climate, offering durability, antibacterial properties, and peace of mind for homeowners.
