How do I refer someone?

Here's a step-by-step breakdown of the process:

Step 1: Refer your friend via a short form or a unique referral link

Create or log in to your existing Qanvast account.

Head over to the Qanvast Referral Programme tab and either:

Fill in your friend’s name and contact number
Copy and share the unique link with your friend

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so go wild! However, note that this Programme is only valid for homeowners who are new to Qanvast, and have not submitted any prior requests on our platform*.

*They should also be renovating their own property. Duplicate requests will not qualify for the referral rewards. There should not be more than one referrer from the same household (existing or future property to be renovated).

Step 2: Your friend submits a valid request

Your friend will receive an invitation to submit a request for ID recommendations, or may do so via the unique link you have shared.

A Qanvast Guide will then reach out to better understand their specific renovation needs and preferences. Following which, we’ll match them with a shortlist of suitable interior design firms.

Step 3: Your friend meets with at least 1 of the IDs recommended

A referral is considered successful when your friend has completed an obligation-free consultation (either in-person or virtually) with at least one of the recommended interior designers.

Upon successful validation, both you and your friend will receive $50 cash each via PayNow. Happy referring!

Q: What is the Qanvast Referral Programme?

The Qanvast Referral Programme rewards you for sharing about Qanvast with somebody you know who’s planning a renovation soon. When they complete a consultation either in-person or virtually with the Qanvast-recommended interior designer(s), both of you receive SGD50 cash via PayNow.

Q: I just referred a friend. When will I receive my referral reward?

You’ll receive your reward once our friendly Qanvast Guide has verified that your friend has completed a consultation with at least one of the recommended interior designers. Rewards will be issued via PayNow once the details are confirmed.

Q: Does my friend need to sign any contract for me to earn the reward?

No! Your friend only needs to submit their request to find interior designers via your referral invitation and complete a consultation with one of the recommended interior designers — no contract or payment is required.
