Inside this week’s most-saved home

At first glance, the entryway presents a clean, sculptural look — but take a closer peek and you’ll notice it’s packed with practical features. A feature wall with fluted panels serves more than just aesthetic appeal: they camouflage the entrance to a junior bedroom and conceal the ducted air-conditioning unit above.

To the left, an open cubby below keeps things breathable by giving worn shoes a spot to air out without cluttering the hallway. There’s also a small recessed nook fitted with power points, perfect for charging gadgets or displaying décor. And thanks to the handle-less design and concealed hinges, everything tucks away neatly into a minimalist front that sets the tone for the rest of the home.

The living area is anchored by a plush boucle sofa and matching lounge chairs in a creamy off-white tone, embodying what 'quiet luxury' looks like in practice — understated, but clearly considered.

Since the rest of the communal area has clean lines, the curves of the sofa and lounge chairs soften the look, creating a cosy and welcoming feel.

To keep the look polished, a restrained neutral palette was used to play up texture rather than contrast. A tactile shag rug underfoot, soft sheers that filter natural daylight, and fluted detailing that subtly echoes across walls and cabinetry all come together to envelope the space in a soft, luxurious calm.

Even the curved silhouettes of the furniture lend a gentle flow to the layout — making the space feel curated and free from visual clutter.

This open-concept kitchen doesn’t just function well — it makes a statement. At the centre is a striking, waterfall-edge island in a marble-look finishing, which flows seamlessly into a matching backsplash. The consistent surface treatment pulls double duty: creating a cohesive, luxe aesthetic while keeping cleanup easy (no grout lines here!).

Storage is neatly concealed — from handleless upper cabinets to integrated appliances that keep the space visually clean. Even practical additions are tucked away with intention: power points installed at the side of the island allow for small appliances to be plugged in when needed, then stored away to maintain a clutter-free look.

To round things off, a pair of fluted glass sliding doors subtly separate the service yard, preserving the open layout while keeping mess and noise at bay. A textbook example of how with the right layout and finishes, even a compact kitchen can look effortlessly high-end.

Both the common and master bathrooms showcase a refined, marble-inspired aesthetic — a consistent visual thread that runs throughout the home. In the common bathroom, the veined marble sink and mirrored cabinets add a sense of lightness, while keeping clutter neatly hidden away.

Over in the master bathroom, darker grey marble tiles introduce a touch of moody sophistication, complemented by matte black fittings and recessed niches for easy shower storage. Notably, the original ventilation windows were retained in both spaces and incorporated into the design — a smart, functional choice that ensures natural airflow and prevents musty build-up over time.

The bedroom takes on a slightly moodier palette compared to the rest of the home, swathed in gentle greys and soft taupes that promote rest and relaxation.

Plush textures—like the fabric bedframe and area rug—add to the cocooning feel of the space, while soft LED strip lighting along the headboard and on the ceiling uplifts the ambiance without disrupting the calm. The pendant night lamps on each side of the bed also adds character while serving a practical function.

The standout feature? A concealed flush door that leads seamlessly into the walk-in wardrobe, cleverly camouflaged within the wall. It's a sleek detail that adds to the clean, contemporary feel of the space—perfect for homeowners who favour clutter-free, design-forward spaces that don’t skimp on comfort.
