Like The Sims for grown-ups!
Space planning is crucial in any home, but especially so in BTOs where every square inch matters. And beyond looking at measurements, it definitely helps to be able to visualise how different furnishings will come together in a given space.

That’s why we’re pleased to announce that Qanvast has partnered with Wizlah to create a 3D space planning tool. It helps you plan and visualise your BTO’s interior according to scale^, and is free to use!

But let’s get one thing straight. This isn’t just any other 3D space planning tool available on the internet. Developed right here in Singapore, it’s modelled after floor plans of actual existing/upcoming BTO estates.
Simply select your BTO development and property type to begin.
In other words, you won’t have to create a model from scratch, or worry about making any mistakes when it comes to measurements.
Next, choose from a wide range of furnishings from built-in cabinetry to large appliances, and drag-and-drop them onto different parts of the flat’s model.
Easy to use, yet accurate right down to the centimetre
This will allow you to see how they fit into a given room, as well as how much space remains thereafter.
You can even include a human marker for scale, and choose to view the space from a top-down or dollhouse angle, by room, or as a whole unit.
Finally, save and export your plans, and share them with IDs you speak to for easy reference.
Far from doing their job for them, this actually ensures that a designer is on the same page as you during the discussion.
In turn, he/she will be able to point out any issues from a technical standpoint (e.g. a washing machine's distance from the water inlet/outlet), as well as leverage their design expertise to take your initial ideas to the next level.
