A bigger flat will naturally cost more to renovate, but the owners of this massive multi-gen flat in Tampines took it a step further by connecting the spaces between various rooms, as well as incorporating unique features such as a state-of-the-art home entertainment system and faux fireplace.
Along with the large-scale renovation needed to revamp the space, ensuring that all these things come together in a cohesive manner will, of course, require extra work – so ultimately, it’s no surprise that renovating this home went all the way up to $300,000!
