We’re excited to showcase one of our latest design and build projects — a beautifully crafted Modern Contemporary terrace home designed for both style and everyday comfort. This home was thoughtfully built for a couple, AR. One of its standout features is the pocket door separating the wet and dry kitchen. This clever design allows both areas to function independently during cooking while keeping the layout open and flexible for daily living. It’s a practical, elegant solution that’s become a favorite in our residential design and build projects. To enhance the sense of space and warmth, we incorporated tall ceilings and an air frame concept. These features bring in abundant natural light, improve ventilation, and create a bright, airy, and welcoming environment — perfect for modern lifestyles. The home’s overall Modern Contemporary design blends clean lines, neutral tones, and functional layouts. Every space was carefully planned to suit the homeowners’ lifestyle while maintaining a timeless, sophisticated appeal.
