Pavilion Hilltop Mont'Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

The project's commission was to produce a rental unit for expats that was easy to the eye, had great ROI value, and had the potential for upgradability down the line. A contemporary Scandinavian design was selected for more flexibility on future improvements and the overall budget. Soft, warm lighting and woody colours created a homey atmosphere, coupled with a selection of appropriately themed furnishing which complimented the ambience. Through extensive research and understanding of the demographics of potential renters around the area, this combination allowed for a balance of both form and function.
