The Linea House, Elmina East, Selangor

This project explores refined elegance through clean lines, warm textures, and understated sophistication. The design prioritizes a cosy, inviting atmosphere by integrating natural materials such as wood and stone, paired with a neutral palette and subtle contrasts to create a sense of balance and distinction. Faced with a confined original layout and budgetary constraints, the concept evolved through a carefully planned extension and strategic material selections—combining high- and low-cost finishes to maximize visual and functional impact. Spatial planning focused on enhancing flow and openness, with reflective surfaces subtly employed to amplify light and create the illusion of space. The Linea House is a study in spatial clarity and thoughtful restraint—where every detail contributes to a harmonious and elevated living experience.
