After I attended a Qanvast event where I met a few companies, I was keen to get Interior Hunters on board as I liked what I saw in their portfolio of past work and the friendly and informative presentation by John who is a Project Manager. I was then introduced to Elaine the designer and I told her about what I envision my home to be. She then came out with the mood boards for my home, taking account of my inputs and I was happy with the look produced. Next step was the site visit, then the 2D and 3D renders which really got me excited and look forward to the actual project. The actual renovation process took just under 8 weeks and each week I would get updates about the site progress from John and Elaine. Both John and Elaine were helpful and easy to communicate with and they always explain the process, design ideas, quality of materials used and offer solutions to matters arising during renovation clearly and promptly. Overall, I am grateful and happy to work with them as they delivered the project with good workmanship and within my time and budget. I would really recommend their services.

Elaine’s creativity and John’s technical knowledge has helped made our renovation journey a breeze. It is our first house, we were both clueless about the process but both of them have shown great patience all the way, recommending ideas/alternatives within our budget, sharing knowledge as well as proactively providing updates on any major or minor milestones/changes. The team was very responsive with all the questions we had. Also, for more than once, they have gone beyond their roles to help with various water leakage issues that were supposed to be the developer’s responsibility, and that has been extremely helpful. HUGE thanks to John, Elaine and the team working at the back end! Without you guys, our renovation would not be able to complete ahead of time (which is probably unheard of) and everything turns out so nice! We are extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend IH if you want a stressless renovation!

Elaine was designer who oversaw my entire renovation. She was able to recommend solutions that focused on functionality and yet with a pleasing aesthetic. I had alot of specific requirements but Elaine and the team took the time to ensure it is correct up till the very small details. Any issue that came up was professionally dealt with by the team. One key point that i appreciated was the responsiveness of the team in answering my questions (be it late into the night or on weekends), and also providing me constant update as I dont have the time to keep chasing for updates. Overall, i think Elaine and the team did a very good job in managing my renovation project and also ensuring it's within my budget range despite having some unexpected costs. Keep it up with the strong customer centric approach!
