Located on the outskirts of city square, this chilling Artist Lair concept apartment was designed as an oasis away from the hectic city life. The 1200 sq ft apartment is also designed to showcase the flexibility of the space, giving potential owners the flexibility of inspiration for their brand new home. Bold and vibrant colours accentuating each space along with whimsical decorative items bring life to the pop art concept featured in this unit. A laidback mood is created through the arrangement of space and furniture. The area is made to feel larger by replacing solid walls with glass partitions creating a seamless flow for the main area in the home while maintaining a sense of privacy. Each space is given a pop of colour creating uniqueness in each room. A wall wrapped in green turf softens up the space while serving a dual purpose as sound insulation. Blackboard walls give the owner a chance to showcase their creativity as well as jot down important notes for their everyday life. Finally, the master bedroom is given a touch of elegance with bronze mirrors encasing the cabinets and also to portray a larger living space. The selection of furniture and decoration maintains the whimsical character of the whole unit.
