Responsive, clear in communication, detailed oriented. No fuss and no beating around the bush when getting issues corrected or change. Super helpful and dedicated. Takes initiative and goes the extra mile to assist on whatever they can. They also help me to manage other 3rd party unreliable contractors. Was also able to accommodate to my last minute early move in date request. They had to move up the timeline to complete and touch up as much as they can. Workmanship & design overall is what I expected. They come highly recommended! Engaging their services was the best decision made!

Helped advise and coordinate works even on issues not handled by her firm, for example solar panel system, smart home system and pest control. She knew that we had a tight deadline on our renovation plans and worked towards meeting our deadlines. In terms of communication, she is responsive and contactable even outside working hours.
