Full refurbishment of an old double-storey terrace house in Petaling Jaya. Total project cost of RM600,000 including furnishing and MBPJ paperwork + application. Owner was looking for a modern clean look to bring some life and space to an otherwise cramped-looking layout. Inner and external walls were removed/re-built, complete re-do of plumbing, wiring, and roofing. Balcony was extended to provide a small lanai above and extra coverage below. From the gate entrance, you will be able to have a clear glance through the house towards the back. Allowing for clear line of sights and providing a spacious feeling accompanied by large sliding/folding doors. The modern and functional kitchen is complimented with a large island for working and cooking, together with the dining area allows for a seamless and comfortable experience.
