A hillside bungalow in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, delivered as a turnkey design-and-build project by Blaine Robert Design — design, construction and interiors under one contract. Bought sub-sale, the house was substantially rebuilt and extended, with every bathroom built new. The brief came with an unusual requirement: every bed had to be able to move, which meant every bedroom wall had to work as a feature wall. Contemporary luxury, with the register of a private hotel.
