Here, the design philosophy stands in stark contrast to the notion of excess; it is a sanctuary of necessity, free from any unneeded designs and furniture. Minimalism shines in every corner of this home, creating an uncluttered space that fosters tranquility and serenity. A dash of creative lighting adds intrigue to the simplicity. Linear lighting subtly guides and illuminates, drawing the eye along clean lines and providing comfort and security. In contrast, curve-shaped lighting elements make the kitchen and dining area feel delight, approachable, and open, infusing a welcoming vibe to the atmosphere. A design strategy that employs backlit, linear lighting is cleverly utilised to showcase items, illuminate cabinets, highlight shelves, and adorn reading tables. This technique not only adds a touch of modern elegance but also emphasizes the beauty of carefully curated items. Natural marble, with its simple yet refined appeal, adorns various areas of the home, adding a sense of timeless grace to the overall design without overwhelming the space. Each piece of marble is unique, featuring distinct designs. Every step you take within the house unveils a new experience. Wood elements and wall cladding further enhance the environment's visual, creating a feeling of warmth and a reflection of light that spreads out and seems luxurious. The furniture selection adheres to the principles of simplicity and practicality. With clean lines, squared and rectangular shapes, the furnishings blend seamlessly with the overall design, emphasising function without sacrificing style. It refrains from being overly daring or loud, instead focusing on creating a sense of beauty that resonates with a peaceful state of mind. In every corner, the aesthetics provide visual delight, resulting in a harmonious and beautiful living space. FUNCTIONALITY & PRACTICALITY Simplicity enhances functionality. Our first focus was on decluttering the living space. We meticulously selected only the most essential decor and furniture, ensuring that the environment remains clean and uncluttered. This approach created a spacious, orderly appearance throughout the entire house, offering a sense of expansiveness that is both refreshing and aesthetically inviting. As you step into the home, the choice of marble flooring in the entrance, bathroom, living area, and kitchen sets the tone. The cool touch of marble underfoot is not only refreshing but also exudes timeless elegance, inviting you with an air of sophistication. The bedroom is designed with comfort in mind. Solid timber decking adds warmth and coziness to the space, making it the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. Not only does it create a comfortable atmosphere, but it also ensures you wake up to a welcoming, warm floor, preventing any discomfort of cold feet. Moving into the bathroom, our design incorporates a mosaic tile motif with different finishes, including gloss and matte. A feature wall blends natural elements with the home's minimalist theme, creating a unique and serene ambiance. The practicality is not forgotten; the design includes a pit to conveniently hold shampoos and showering products, adding functionality to the aesthetic. In the kitchen, we've combined technology and convenience. The entrance to the wet kitchen features a sensor-activated door with an auto-open function. When homeowners carry groceries, it senses their approach and opens the door without the need to touch it, a helpful addition for busy households and a perfect example of how innovation can enhance daily living. INNOVATION & ORIGINALITY To ensure a seamless and unobtrusive air conditioning solution, we opted for a centralized system. Our meticulous planning of the ducting process was executed with a singular goal in mind: preserving the aesthetics of each room and maintaining the ceiling height. Our top priority was to avoid any unintended discomfort stemming from lowered ceilings. The outcome is a meticulously concealed network of piping and tubing, guaranteeing unrestricted airflow and a clean, clutter-free appearance that seamlessly blends with the overall design of the house. On top of that, we've taken innovation to the next level with the incorporation of a centralized vacuum system. While traditional vacuum cleaners often circulate particles back into the home, our centralized system operates differently. It ensures that no dust or particles linger within your living space. The exhaust vent for the centralized system is strategically placed outside the living areas, effectively preventing the return of any impurities. The result is not just a cleaner home, but a healthier and more comfortable environment for the elderly occupants. ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY With the implementation of a centralized home automation system that seamlessly integrates technology. This cutting-edge system optimises convenience, reducing the need for manual tasks and streamlining the occupants’ control over various aspects of their home. Beyond the unparalleled convenience, our focus is also firmly on sustainability. The centralisation of these systems allows them to monitor and regulate energy usage efficiently.
