Project Details

We use the concept of biophilic design in our clinic fitout to connect visitors to the natural environment through the use of ambient lighting, earthy materials and natural elements. These features in the clinic design can help relax and invigorate patients in treatment settings. One way to achieve this was the correct installation of configured light points to produce ambient interiors that help calm the client and easily perform aesthetic treatments. The waiting rooms are also a focal point in our project as this is the first physical point of contact for a client and business. It should offer a sense of trust and comfort that is being offered. In our project, the waiting rooms offer contemporary and comfortable furniture that are crucial to make a great impression while attention to the smallest details like the fittings help create a feeling of comfort, wellness and trust. As for the treatment area, we opted for large open-floor space utilising natural ambient light to create a tranquil environment. We wanted these rooms to be practical and adaptable with subtle stylistic touches to bring out a unique brand identity. It was also important to incorporate practicality in our design; after all a good clinic interior design should also take into consideration that it is a workspace for the professionals who work there. Elements like light fittings, warm colours, soft fittings were carefully selection to enable staff to move freely and also be more confident in their surroundings so they can perform the safe operation of treatments.
