This unit at Cheria Residences belongs to a family of 3 generations. A growing toddler, two parents and an elderly. The client wanted their unit to be a home that is equal to everyone’s needs. Our answer was to offer an interior that has no disparity between the generations. For the young, maintaining a tidy and practical space is important. As such, the living room is designed with abundant play space. The area is set against light earth tones for a relaxing ambience. A children storage area always helps to keep toys in place. Overall, the living room is designed to cater to a range of living occupants, scalable at point of need.
