Edward, Jacq, and Jo are pleasant and easy to work with. They are open to any requests and will do their best to accommodate or suggest a way to fulfill your request. I chose them because they were committed from the get-go. A few other firms reached out in the initial stages but did not follow through or show any interest when the key handing process was delayed in the midst of Covid lockdown. Even before I made any payment, they scheduled video calls to understand my requirements and daily routine, and proceeded to draft not one, but two proposed layouts and design options. It was another long wait before I finally decided on the design and they were patient and responsive throughout. Design wise, they seemed to understand what my style and preference, so it was very smooth and we only made minor changes and adjustments. The whole renovation process was smooth as well and I fully trusted their judgment throughout as they addressed whatever concerns I had in a timely manner. All in all, it was a pleasant experience working with the team from INC and I have no regrets. Would recommend!
