Project Details
This project involved a complete demolition and transformation of a 20-year-old subsale property, including a major relayout and extension. The biggest challenge was managing the existing beams, which we retained for structural support. We put in effort to design the ceiling to conceal the beams without compromising ceiling height. This design also allowed us to plan versatile lighting for different times and activities, creating varying ambiances throughout the home. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring all possibilities with the owner, ensuring high-quality results while maintaining a chic and elegant aesthetic. This project involved a complete demolition and transformation of a 20-year-old subsale property, including a major relayout and extension.
