This home is a perfect blend of modern luxury and minimal elegance — thoughtfully designed to be both refined and family-friendly. The overall palette balances darker tones with lighter finishes, creating a space that feels warm, open, and inviting. One of the main highlights is the reimagined dry kitchen, where a former brick wall was removed to create an open-plan layout that welcomes natural light. An existing structural column was seamlessly wrapped with fluted panels and transformed into a feature display cabinet, enhanced with infinity glass for added visual depth and ambiance. To better support the lifestyle needs of a busy household, the ground floor was extended to include a dedicated laundry area — offering a functional space for drying and ironing without compromising on design.
