The Rise of Japandi This project is essentially a beautiful escape within the city life. It perfectly marries Scandinavian and Japanese philosophy, known as Japandi, that drives the concept for this resort-like dream home. The living spaces evoke a sense of timelessness, elegance and minimalism. Combining of craftsmanship, clean lines, tactile materials and premium-look furniture to add comfort and warmth. Before stepping inside, we have created an interactive, warm and welcoming ambience at private lift lobby, fully equipped with shoe storage that welcomes you home daily. The first impression is the elevated wood paneling that extends along the wall of the living area as you enter. It features pared-back styling, clean lines, premium laminate materials and textured paint – qualities that have long been central to the design traditions of Japanese and Scandinavian. As an addition, we have custom made wool fabric sofa, organic solid wood coffee table, natural marble dining table to enhance the Japandi taste with a good dose of comfort, cozy refuge mixed in. In the master bedroom, the black accents add a contrasting hue to the space, keeping it from being too white washed. The use of glass divider keeps the space open and connected while demarcating the different usage of areas. Blending perfectly in the room with glowing hidden light, upholstered fabric, laminate flooring – neutral colors with soothing effect that promote a good quality of rest. Moving on to lounge area, we evoke Japandi influence in the dark oak console detailing, floating rattan cabinets, dark wood chairs with complementary dainty table with concealed lighting that elevates the whole ambience. Embracing all things simple, calm and comforting, this home embodies everything that’s enticing about Japandi design.
