I would highly recommend anyone who wants a professional team who can deliver the design to the highest quality to engage with Nick and his Pocket Square team. As I reside in Penang while trying to get my new place ready, I was concerned that I needed to make frequent trips down to KL to monitor the progress and quality of the renovation works. Not only Nick constantly gave my updates on the progress, he even delivered not so good news like mishaps and unforeseen site issues directly to me (instead of me finding out about it myself later). I told him I just wanted to move in with my luggage and belongings, he helped me and my family fully furnish my new home including shopping for kitchen utensils, bed sheets and crockeries. The whole process was, surprisingly, stress free. I even engaged him again to renovate my office in Subang.

On top of just being really thoughtful about designing and decorating for a very tricky space, the Pocket Square team were excellent in walking u through the whole process of getting our place done up. We were living abroad while going through the remodel, so we were not quite sure what to expect, and what would happen in case of variations, delays, and logistic mishaps. But Nick and his team really came through for us. From working with the developer’s defects team, to handling the permits and management office bureaucracy, material selection, design + design review, construction, decoration and customization of furniture, the whole team really made it easy for us to trust them to get the job done. On the rare occasion that issues cropped up, I’m very happy that the project management team was forthcoming, and offered multiple solutions to deal with the problems. All in all, the work was done on time, within budget, and with meticulous attention to detail and workmanship. We’re very happy customers and will highly recommend them to anyone who would like to remodel their home without risking a heart attack.

Nick and his team has provided a hassle-free experience in the entire renovation process from end to end. The end result and quality is fantastic. Even with the initial deposit before presenting design, there wasn't any doubt that Nick would deliver on the design and renovation. It was even his idea to bring us to view his almost-completed project to check out the workshop of his works. The family members and friends like the design and workmanship very much. I highly recommend them.
