We had the pleasure of meeting Phoebe and Primo, two cats with completely different personalities. Phoebe is lively and enthusiastic, while Primo is gentle and quiet. Their owners, a typical cat-loving couple, wanted to transform their sub-sale condominium into a Mid-Century modern home that blends old and new elements while remaining practical. In the master bedroom, the sleeping and dressing area were separated by the wardrobe, catering to the owners' differing daily routines. The wife, a keyboard designer, had a display rack specifically added to her workspace to showcase keyboards. The guest room was designed as a flexible multi-purpose space, featuring cat-scratch fabric sofa beds, offering a cozy spot for the owners to interact with their cats. The husband, being a chef, needed a highly functional kitchen. To brighten and expand the previously narrow and dim kitchen space, stainless steel materials were used for the worktop & backsplash, combining practicality with an open feel. The living room continues the Mid-Century modern aesthetic, pairing vintage-style furniture with a Persian rug, balancing structural beauty with a touch of warmth. These thoughtful, personalized designs highlight the essence of a home—something distinct from a showroom. 见过Phoebe与Primo，两只性格截然不同的猫咪。Phoebe活泼热情，而Primo憨厚安静。它们的主人，一对典型的猫奴，希望将这间二手屋打造成中古风格空，融合新旧元素，同时兼具实用性。 主卧利用衣柜隔开洗漱区，满足不同作息需求。女主人作为键盘设计师，工作室特别增设了键盘展示架。客房则设计为灵活的两用空间，采用单人猫抓布沙发床，为主人与猫咪互动提供舒适场所。男主人是一名厨师，因此厨房选用既实用又通透的不透钢材，为原本狭小昏暗的厨房增强空间感。客厅则延续中古风格家具搭配波斯地毯，既展现结构美，又增添温馨气息。 这些人性化设计，正是家区别于示范屋的魅力所在。 -- Oct 2024
