We engaged RK Interior because they are under one roof design and construction service provider. Their responses and services are quite satisfying along the two years of renovation journey in the wake of MCO. Overall we are quite happy with the outcome of the design and workmanship for carpentry work except the plumbing and electrical works which required rectifications and close monitoring. Designer was young with good attitude and accommodating customer's request. The service provider could improve in term of managing neighborhood's expectation about the noise disruptions from long renovation progress based on their experiences. The whole long journey of the makeover process would have been jollier if the communication with the neighborhood could have been handled better. Nevertheless, the feeling of reaching the finishing line at the end of this long winding journey is still a satisfying one.
