Interior designer who are IRRESPONSIBLE, POOR EXPERTISE, and DISHONEST.

●DECEPTION felt by homeowner Designer told owner that he used nippon easy wash, but the result confirmed that he had deceived homeowner.The owner texted the designer afterward, and surprisingly, the designer had read and not responded. ●POOR EXPERTISE felt by homeowner Multiple errors in measuring the cabinets confirmed that he was not serious and/ or had no professional knowledge on measuring the cabinets. ●POOR EXPERTISE/ UNPROFESSIONAL felt by homeowner Lighting design without the consent of the homeowner of the unauthorized changes and does not intend to notify the homeowner and/ or explain immediately, lighting installation is completed a few days after the owner found that the lighting and design drawings are not the same as the designer theories with the designer did not admit the mistake, but also said that he is not wrong, but also deceived the owner that many situations must be temporary on-site decision, but the design drawings are the designer's own drawings, which would not be the design from the beginning of the wrong design drawings. But the design drawings were drawn by the designer himself, so wouldn't the design drawings be wrong from the beginning? ●UNPROFESSIONAL/ POOR EXPERTISE felt by homeowner Owner asked the designer if he knew anything about track light and if he had ever helped a client to do interior design with track light before the 3D drawings came out, the designer answered owner that he had. One day, the designer told homeowner that the light had been ordered and asked owner to pay for it. When homeowner went to the light store, homeowner found out that homeowner needed to buy 20 pieces of track light, owner guessed that really needed to use 20 pieces of track light for a 650 square feet home, fortunately owner decided to buy 10, and it turned out that 10 was just right. This proves that the designer lied to homeowner, that the designer has no knowledge about track light and almost made the owner waste money by not considering the actual needs. ●POOR EXPERTISE/ UNPROFESSIONAL felt by homeowner 3D drawings are not yet complete before the washing machine cabinet measurements owner asked the left and right side of a stay two centimeters, the designer agreed to owner request, the results of the designer forgot the left and right side of a stay two centimeters, resulting in the washing machine with the cabinet completely zero distance, owner theorized with the designer, designer try to hide his mistakes, deceived owner that the washing machine and the cabinets should have been zero distance, leaving space is not good and not nice. In fact, afterward, the carpenter also confirmed that there was a suggestion that the designer's measurements were not suitable for zero distance, but the designer refuse to listen. ●UNPROFESSIONAL/ DECEPTION felt by homeowner Homeowner asked the designer why the Flutted Panel looked like it was not yet complete, and he told homeowner that it was already completed. Afterwards, after homeowner talked to the supplier, homeowner realized that the Flutted Panel End Cap was already available in the market, but the designer lied to owner and said that there was no such thing as end cap, and that the flutted panel had already been installed. In fact, afterward, the carpenter also confirmed that he had reminded the designer to buy an end cap, but the designer did not listen and even lied to the owner that there was no end cap in the market. ●POOR EXPERTISE/ UNPROFESSIONAL felt by homeowner The location of the sockets was measured incorrectly, resulting in the need to start doing the parts that the cabinet installer and the socket installer had already done, which is one of the reasons for the extended renovation schedule, and also just goes to show that the designer's measurements were zero-knowledge. In fact, afterward, the carpenter and socket installer also confirmed that there was a suggestion that the designer's measurements were not suitable, but the designer refused listen. ●DECEPTION/ POOR EXPERTISE felt by homeowner Homeowner found the first design drawings of the cabinet measurement is wrong, designer insisted that he did not measure the wrong, owner asked to view together at the site measurement, the site measurement confirmed that the measurement is wrong, the designer did not have a word of apology at all. Then told onwer that the cabinet measurement that he give to owner is only temporary, carpenter will draw a new one later then the designer should give owner the correct measurement, why give owner a temporary cabinet measurement, besides the carpenter drawn the new cabinet measurement never show to homeowner. ●DECEPTION/ UNPROFESSIONAL felt by homeowner Homeowner asked the designer three times before September 2023 if he was sure renovation could be finished in two months, the designer promised renovation to finish in two months, the renovation was still not finished from September 2023 to February 2024 . Homeowner couldn't wait any longer and switched to a new renovation company. ●DECEPTION/ IRRESPONSIBLE felt by homeowner Paint touch up/ defect not neatly raised the issue of 3 times after certain parts are done, but some parts are still not done, the part that needed to touch up/ defect has been set out through the text message in details, asked him why 3 times of repair work is still not done well, he replied to homeowner that the price you give can only be asked to hire this level of painter, there is no way to hire a high level of painters. ●IRRESPONSIBLE/ UNPROFESSIONAL felt by homeowner Before the floor trap was installed, the homeowner reminded the designer twice that the floor trap should be installed as soon as possible or the floor trap would not be installed well after the cabinets were installed. After the cabinets are installed, when homeowner inform the designer that the floor trap was incorrectly measured and incorrectly installed, the designer reply in an irresponsible manner that it doesn't matter that you rarely use that floor trap, and when homeowner did have to use it the water must have infiltrated into the downstairs unit, and the designer didn't say anything about taking responsibility for the modifications.In fact, afterward, the carpenter also confirmed that there was a suggestion that the designer's measurements were not suitable for the kitchen cabinet as the floor trap is located right under the kitchen cabinet, but the designer refused listen.

Our home design concept is Light Luxury Style Design. The Designers gave the very nice jobs. Although, they are young. They are friendly, professional Designer, good attitude, fast reaction & problem solver. I like the dressing room design, is a open concept with aluminum frame. Modern and classic feels. I like the carpentry works, especially the storage cupboard in the living room. The design of alternative mirror makes the entire living room looks bigger. Well done and good jobs.
