Great work and responsive attitude! I have tried looking for a trustworthy ID that would work within my budget and means, and I found them. ID Desmond Zhong and Thomas Chia worked with me according to my needs and budget, especially when the site is quite challenging in size - 2 bedroom. Nonetheless, they offered their expert advice and suggestions, and began our journey. Both Desmond and Thomas are very responsive and help resolved difficult situations regards to the design and layout. From ripping the house to laying of tiles, Thomas has always been on site to over see, up to the completion. They are always helping even after handing over of house, good after service! Never regretted engaging them. 👍👍

Andes was very easy to talk to, accommodating to my needs and requests. I like it that he is not pushy and he always think in our shoes as the owners. I had liaise with him while I was overseas to get everything done and I would say it's almost exactly to what I want and expected when I go back to SG. Highly Recommended ID; Mr Andes Tay. Thank you for the extreme makeover of our new unit. My wife and I knew we needed a very reliable ID/contractor to renovate our house, given the condition the previous owner had kept it. Andes was friendly, respectful and straight forward; he came up with good suggestions, listened to our concerns and shared your views. He was always ready for a site recee and was constantly telling us things about the house we missed out. During the reno works, he promptly updated us with photos and videos, almost everyday. Ensure the house was pristine clean before handing over the house to us. I didn’t expect his team to handover my house back to me in less than 40 days, given how much of work had to be done;surprisingly he handed over the house to us in 32 days in perfect condition. We are extremely pleased with the service and the price point we had to pay. With such good services and workmanship, I hope Mr Andes understands why I can confidently recommend him to my relatives and friends. Looking forward to seeing your makeover works for my relatives and friends. No regrets; finally found a reliable ID/contractor who become a family family in this ID industry.

A big thank you to Andes in assisting us to build our first home. As first time home owners, we were basically clueless about almost everything. Andes was patient, easy to work with and made the whole process an easy one for us. Most importantly, the price point was within our budget. The workmanship and quality of his carpentry, tiling and flooring was good. We liked how the carpentry turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Of course there were some hiccups and issues that occured during the renovation, but Andes was always quick to resolve our problems. He provides a good after-service and follow up to ensure things are prefect at no extra cost. I have heard so many horror renovation stories around me, but I’m confident of Andes’s professionalism. Overall, we are very pleased with his services and the outcome turned out better than what we have expected. We truly appreciate his services and recommend APH if you are looking for quality design yet competitive pricing!

Thanks APH Andes and his team for the excellent services! We met a number of TOP good reviews ID but eventually selected APH as Andes is sincere, competent, very accommodating and has been always quick in response and replied us when we need some information. We were very detail and strict on the home design style we wanted to achieve. We met him several times on design work and he was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining every items in the 3D design /Plan & Section drawings and also able to show us related photos of his past projects that similar to our design theme for us to have better ideas what to expect.. He promised and very confident our unit can complete in 2 months and even initially we were quite skeptical on his promise as some other ID quoted at least 2/2.5 or even 3 months renovation period and we are grateful he was able to rush the renovation for us without compromise the quality design and completed in time within 2 months. He is a practical & hand-on ID and I don’t think any “TOP” ID in SINGAPORE will come to your newly renovated home to fix up small connection socket points, help you to drill & fix the cloth hangers on wall or even testing Singtel WIFI Router for you BY HIMSELF... Yes, he did all for us without extra service charge. While APH Andes price may not be the cheapest among my few shortlisted ID but its excellent service has impressed us and definitely is worth the price. We will definitely recommend Andes to our friends for his excellent design & installation work and after sales-services.

We have engaged Andes and his team to reno our resales flat. They did a great job! We have changed so many theme and designs along the way and Andes has been very patient amending his 3D pictures for us. His advice & recommendations are very helpful to us. Andes is an easy and nice person to communicate with. He supervised all the work himself and always ever ready whenever we need him. He is efficient, flexible & updating us on the progress of the renovation regularly. His AFTER service is excellent too. After meeting with several IDs, we decided to go for Andes through a friend's recommendation as he provided the most reasonable cost and advice for the designs that we wanted. He was able to guide us not just on the practicality of the designs, but also on whether the items and colours matched. We could trust him to bring our ideas to live and we are very pleased with the final result! He is very reliable and always willing to help, especially when we couldn't make it for our furniture and appliances deliveries. He would also come down personally to help us rectify certain issues. We first got to know Andes through Qanvast. He was the first ID we met, and we had a good impression of him as he was very friendly and down to earth. My wife and I did not know anything about renovation and he explained everything to us clearly and patiently. He also brought us to his completed job site and spent 2 to 3 hours explaining everything to us, as well as to let us inspect his workmanship. He did not hard sell his design ideas to us, and explained the pros and cons of everything, leaving the final decision to us. During the renovation phase, he provided constant updates through WhatsApp and was also always responsive (immediate reply most of the time). His workmanship is good, and he promptly rectified and even redid some of the imperfections that I pointed out, at no additional cost. Although I was very OCD and picky, he was always tolerant and had a good temper. After renovation, he provided value-added services such as touch up and mounting of accessories. Overall we are satisfied with Andes’ service and will definitely recommend him.

We would like to sincerely thank Andes for his work for our house. He has been extremely patient with us, and prompt with our needs and requests. From managing budget to coordination of various stakeholders, Andes has been tip-top in his scheduling. During the renovation period, he will also update us with photos on the progress or even recommend us additional items to make our home more cosy. Andes even took the additional effort to cobble up additional furniture we ordered in and any last minute installation of accent pieces at our place. I am very happy and satisfied with what Andes and the team provide to me for my home renovation. Initially we didn't choose APH for my home renovation. My family and i more prefer those branded ID company hence we choose a well-known ID for my renovation. When we pay the deposit, the nightmare begin. We have a lot of communication issue during the design stage plus we met the lock down period and make the entire situation even worst. End up i decided to give up that ID and look for Andes from APH. I am very happy to work with Andes as he is a very prompt guy. He reply my message almost immediate response and we have totally zero communication problem during the entire renovation period. While doing the design, Andes not really hard sell his idea but explain to me the pro and con of the design and let me decide on it. During the material selection, he also accompany me to the factory and showroom to choose the material. This is to ensure the material that i selected fit to my expectation. Andes will also update me the renovation progress photos via whatsapp so im not worry about the stuff. The most important things is he fulfil what he promised to us especially the timeline. We manage to move in the house as per agreed schedule. Their post-sales service also very good even after hand over, sometimes when we ask for help to rectify or to install something, they are ok and come to help us. Overall, i am very happy and thank you Andes and the team for making my home sweet home reno dream come true. I definitely will recommend APH to my friend who want to do renovation.
