We stepped into lockdown 2 days after start work. Gridline Design Lab were very professional to help us settle the hacking of all the water hogging areas before we had to close the site. This was extremely important for us during then. Due to lockdown, we can only talk about design online, Gridline Design Lab was very professional and patient with our design changes. Another important point is their workers were able to start work super fast right after the lock down. We were literally one of the 1st few projects to start work comparing to my other friends projects who still cannot start then. This is very important to us as there were many interior design companies with issues on workers and manpower

Quotation was also very detailed yet easy to understand compared to the other quotes gotten from other ID firms which often missed out details or have hidden cost. But most importantly, pricing was very competitive. Gridline also goes the extra mile to suggest alternative solution to fit into our tight budget, for e.g., sourcing for alternative product online instead of custom made, etc. We will most definitely recommend Gridline Design Lab to all over friends who is embarking on the journey to building their dream home.
