I got to know Jia Ning by chance when I mentioned wanting to change our TV console. Honestly, it’s very hard to find a designer who’s willing to take on just small project, but she never hesitated and treated it seriously from the start. She was very patient and explained everything in a simple way so even my parents could understand and feel involved. Really appreciate that. The final outcome turned out to be way better than we had imagined. You can really see the workmanship and attention to detail — every part nicely done. It’s clear a lot of heart went into it, and now it fits perfectly into our home. Super thankful to Jia Ning, and will definitely recommend her if you want someone sincere and careful with her work!

I’m extremely pleased with the renovation work done for my home. The design and execution was how we envisioned it to be. The living room looked stunning with its elegant marble feature wall, warm lighting which was recommended by our ID Sheikh during our planning stages. The kitchen space was maximised with modern cabinetry and efficient space planning. The master bedroom turned out to be cozy and I particularly love the integrated vanity area and mood lighting which was very much complimented by our guests. Our ID, Sheikh worked very closely with us and met us several times to ensure that the output was how we envisioned our home to be. It’s not just a renovation—it feels like a transformation. A very Big thanks to Sheikh and his team for bringing my vision to life with such precision and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone seeking interior design to call it your home.

We met Fairuz at the hitcheed event and were truly impressed by his skills. He was able to draw out the layout plan while we speak and gave us good recommendations. We were very pleased with the overall experience with Fairuz. With all the IDs we met on second session, Fairuz was the only one that have prepared a tray of samples that will meet the design of our home. His effort is 100%. Thank you!

Although we didn’t award the project to Lifesize Plan, but we would like to share our experience with Norman and Phoebe who went extra miles during the first stage where we communicated on the layout plans and design concept. They were extremely helpful in adapting our weird hours due to different time zone. Both of them are very kind and open to share a lot of the details and information as well as giving guidance on what to look into. They did not lose out due to price or service, they are very competitive in quotation as well. Just that after a very long debate, my family and I decided to go with another layout which suits our lifestyle more. We would like to extend our gratitude to to both Norman and Phoebe for the hard work and time spent with us going thru the layout and design proposal they proposed as well as quotation again and again to ensure that we are very clear on the work scope quoted and also the design that we prefer. Thank you for the presentation slides with all the design inputs!! Even we didn’t get to work together this time, we already experienced their to notch service! Hopefully next timewhen we upgrade to another house! Big thank you!

We came across Fifth Avenue Interior online during our ID search and were very fortunate to be assigned to Danny! We'd highly recommend them to anyone especially Danny!! The entire consultation and quotation process far exceeded expectations and we were very impressed by the professionalism and experience Fifth Avenue clearly has. From the get go, Danny was upfront that the quotation process would take some time due to their high load- but when we got to our first meeting, it felt well worth the wait as he was very thorough and well-prepared, having looked through the video we sent him and identifying certain problem areas already. He was very patient with us and gave us lots of insight into more technical areas that we would have overlooked as first time homeowners. He very accurately identified our style and pulled out material samples already to give us an idea of what to expect. He proposed creative yet practical solutions to work around our layout constraints, and we liked that he was able to capture our preferences very well! Even after that, he was very responsive to our messages and any layout changes we had. We liked that he wouldn't just say yes to all of our suggestions, but would justify his answers with proper measurements and calculations to ensure the space turned out liveable. The second meeting was also just as impressive. Danny's proposed moodboard, and comprehensive quote really showed us how much passion he has for his work and his level of experience. Danny and Jolin brought us through their vision and we felt well assured that Fifth Avenue would deliver. They were also very efficient in revising the quote and trying to help us work within our budget. The final quote was a very fair one for the scope of work, high standard of service and quality of hardware offered. Eventually, we had to pass on this opportunity to do our reno project with them - not for their lack but because of our own budget constraints and this being a first home project which we may not stay in for long. Regardless, we really thank Danny and Jolin for their exceptional service and strongly recommend them! We will definitely hope to reach out to Fifth Avenue again in the future when we are ready to settle into a forever home.

Unlike many others, he really thought in our shoes—advising us on which areas to invest in and which areas to save on, especially since we’re expecting a newborn soon. That genuine thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. What impressed us even more was that his service didn’t just stop after we engaged him. He went the extra mile to assist with our BTO defect checks, liaised directly with HDB workers for rectification, and followed up with checks again to ensure everything was done properly. He visited the site frequently, kept us updated with photos, and gave us advice every step of the way. We’re truly glad to have Kargen not just as our ID, but a new friend to us! (P.S. Tom and Qi Xuan have been an incredible support throughout our renovation project. From the very beginning, they weren’t afraid to propose creative ideas during the designing phase. One standout example was the wooden cabinet at the dry pantry. Not only did it add a beautiful contrast in colour, but it also provided practical storage for our coffee cups, beans, and more. Their communication has been prompt and effective since day one, always keeping us updated on the progress. More importantly, they took the time to truly understand our lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and what mattered most to us. Ciseern is an interior design company that I would recommend to others to consider engaging in their design and renovation works . Lyee Ann my ID came highly recommended by an ex-client of her who design and see through the renovation of a 5 room flat in Punggol. When I first met up with Lyee Ann she listened carefully to understand the issues that I currently face in my HDB flat and what I wanted from my renovations . She was very prompt in coming back with a proposal of the works to be done and sequently a timeline and costing . The project was commissioned quickly and works were underway . Through the renovation Lyee Ann proactively kept updating me on the progress with pictures of what they had completed almost on a daily basis . As my kitchen had issues with water she made sure that the cabinets doors was waterproof and that after dismantling the old cabinets she made the contractors apply a layer of waterproofing on the walls from the kitchen windows across the sink area and also the area close to the cooker hood area . She had good co ordination with the contractors so that the renovation timeline was kept . She also helped me shop for all the fixtures of the kitchen and bathrooms. Days where I had visited the work site and noticed areas which needed improvement all I needed to do was to text her and she would immediately respond with solutions to the areas that needed change . I really appreciate all the efforts and dedication that Lyee Ann and the team in making my flat look new and renewed and I would strongly recommend her to anyone who have renovation needs. My family and I met up with a few ID firms recommended by Qanvast which was very useful as we could get to look at different design ideas and made comparisons. In the end we decided to work with Alson from Comuna Interiors. Factors that influenced our decision include Comuna being a CaseTrust accredited company and the very detailed quotation we received. What won us over was the ID, Alson's forthcoming and warm personality. From the very first meeting, it was clear that he was genuinely willing to listen to our ideas and preferences. He took the time to understand our lifestyle and needs, which really came through in the final design. Another thing we truly appreciated, given our busy lifestyle, was his punctuality and the preparation he made for every meeting, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The design itself struck the perfect balance: modern-looking and stylish, yet completely practical for everyday living. Nothing felt overdone or purely aesthetic — every element had a purpose. Alson was respectful of our budget from start to finish. He provided options that worked within our budget without compromising on quality or style. Throughout the renovation, we received frequent updates, including detailed messages, photos, and even videos. Credit to Unice Chong, our ID from Cissern, who oversaw a smooth and timely completion of renovations for our mum's bedroom and kitchen. Unice has been responsive, friendly, patient and detailed throughout the journey. It matters that she listens to our needs, provided good recommendations which meet our requirements and budget and was patient with our questions. She provided very prompt updates, would not rush through, coordinated things in good sequence and took time to be on-site for much of the renovations. Even before we signed the contract, the carpentry team came on-site to assess. The workers (from the painter, door & floor vendors, carpentry team) were all professional, careful with their work, punctual and friendly. So far, all the works look to be of good quality.
