The interaction with Kotak Kreatif for this renovation is just excellent. From the concept building, to follow up, and after completion service until now (6 months later), I have nothing to complain. The designer spent time to understand my need, and very responsive to my inquiry. In fact, to look for renovation agent online without even meeting face to face, it is easy to have a issue of trust and sense of insecurity. But the prompt reply from the designer, and always right to my concern, that helped a lot to ease the worry. Some friends said, in Malaysia, I could have done this renovation even slightly cheaper. But if one considers how much work it is to hack all the walls and change all the pipes in the unit, the space flooring, the quality of the materials, and more importantly, the warranty service that I have got until now, I think it is just a good package! Whenever there is any subsequent issue with the unit (which is normal for renovation), the firm would send their colleagues to come and fix it. They offer warranty for years... i think it is just brilliant! Before my renovation, my unit was rented for a range of RM3k per month roughly, but after the renovation, it is rented for Rm4.5k now...... i think the value of the investment is just worth it. I just bought another unit, I decided to use Kotak Kreative again. I may have paid slightly more, but the so called little premium can give you a good quality unit and more importantly the feeling of at ease, I think it is very important for any renovation process which is supposed to be very hectic !

I engaged with nora the designer. At first she asked me for details about my plan for my house project. After some sharing about what i have in mind for the concept and details, nora came out with a picture board that showed some ideas and concept that she proposed. At this stage, i and nora keep on sharing and changing ideas and she will make sure i get all the items on my wishes lists. The renovation work takes about 2 and a half months to complete. I was really satisfied with the quality of the products and the workmanship. Thank you very much nora and the team!
