Thriza and Jacky are an amazing team. We put forth our needs and they were able to accurately visualize and conceptualize our design. Every request from us was considered and incorporated, if possible. On the whole, our renovation process was a pleasant experience with no stress as our IDs were meticulous and took care of every detail and dealt with all the vendors and contractors. We are very pleased and happy with the high quality workmanship and the final result. Thank you so much, Thriza and Jacky, for everything!! 👍👍

Had contacted around 6 IDs before my wife and I decided to hand over the responsibility of renovating our resale condo to Thriza from Triz Arte. From our conversations and discussions with her, we understood that she was meticulous in her designs and very particular about being able to provide what the customer wants. She is very upfront and at the same time superbly professional. She gave us the confidence that she would be able to renovate the house the way we wanted it and within that stipulated time we needed it to be done. She exceeded our expectations and we would certainly recommend Triz Arte for your renovation works.

Sourcing for an ID is not an easy job, and with so many to meet and we had to repeat our ideas and plans to everyone over and over again, was tiring for me and my husband. Lucky we met Thriza (whose office is just below mine), I could take some time off to see her as and when needed. Of course, this is not the most important reason why we engaged her. The reasons she got the job is cos she could understand what i wanted and she tried her best to fulfill my 'demands'. She admitted that certain requirements set by me were not the usual kind she received from other home-owners and she is not sure if it could be done, but she tried her best and exceeded my expectations. Her designs were in-line with my thoughts and her use of colors were acceptable. Further, whenever we saw a defect or mistake during the renovation, she is quick to respond and rectify. Thou not her mistake, she had to endure our nagging and complaints. She knows our worries and instead of arguing, she pacified us. Also, she helped to co-ordinate and engage other contractors for things that were not within the scope. Now, we are staying in our HOME, thanks to Thriza.

Triz Arte was selected out of about 5 IDs and seemed to best get our lifestyle and wishes with regards to the complete renovation project. Thriza is a very practical person and strives to deliver good quality within the timeline. The result turned out satisfactory and any issue she tried to remediate fast. She certainly is trustworthy and dedicated to her projects and customers. Obviously projects never go smoothly and nobody is perfect. Thus a downside for my partner and myself was the communication that was not very active and could be improved. This may help avoid friction that can and will occur during projects. We are still happy with the end result and thank Triz Arte for their work.

Thriza was selected, out of 6 interior design firm, because she is able to understand our requirements and provided the perspective design to our expectation, with minimum amendments. She works with contractors with high quality workmanship and able to deliver the house on time, as promised. We are happy with her service and most importantly the quality renovation done for the total makeover of a resale HDB unit.

This is our 2nd time engaging triz arte's service. Triz arte has again extend to us their professional service and creativity. We had many unique items and requirements from the 4 individual family members that clash with the modern theme we desire. They fit everything in place bringing out the strong characters of the interior. During the progress of the project, we were released from the stressful reno process. The works are well manage according to the drawings as discussed. Great Job. 

Triz Arte gives unique design & meet to our needs. The final decor has exceeded our expectation & delivered on time. The design is simply practical & out of the box. We are satisfy with their works & services. Turning the standard 4 room HDB unit house into a spacious & beautiful place to live in. Thriza is responsible designer & follow up on the renovation works closely to ensure it is carry out accordingly. We would highly recommend.
