I got to know this ID firm (Silvotino) from my brother’s recommendation. I met up with a few IDs but decided to engage them for my renovation as their price was the most reasonable. Michael was our ID uncharge and it was a really pleasant experience working with him. He was very patient in listening to all my requirements and he sincerely included all my requests into his design. We communicate constantly and he was being very professional with his work. Any problems that occurred will be updated to me promptly. He would also propose alternative designs that can be included in my ideas. Despite making a lot of changes, he was still very proactive with his work and that was what I like most about him! We encountered some defects after the reno was completed. But he was fast and efficient at rectifying the issues and got it settled immediately.

My sister recommended Silvotino to us for our renovation. We met up with a contractor as well before we make our decision but decided to engage them as their quoted price was reasonable! The ID in charge of our project was Michael. Working with him was good as he was very patient with us. He designed according to our requirements and also proposed ideas that would be suitable for our house theme. There were minor hiccups along the way but he made the necessary amendments and managed to rectify the problems.

My Interior designer was a referral from a friend and I decided to meet up with him to check out what he can offer. The experience was good. Michael was able to do things promptly and gave me good suggestions to improve my renovation. There were not many hiccups and Michael managed to handle the project management smoothly! He was responsive with handling my queries and will liaise with me directly instead of through a text or email. I was impressed with the way he communicates and even made the extra mile to meet up with me. Overall everything went smooth and although there were some changes (eg; painting works), Micheal was able to complete it within the timeline given.
