Was introduced by my property agent when i purchased the resales flat. Jie Neng which is the designer & Project Manager was very helpful and informative. The communication was swift and smooth. Jie Neng helped us with keeping our budget and as well as getting the designs that we wanted. When requested upon changes, he understands our wants and worries and does not hesitate to make change. The workmanship was great, i ordered most of the furnitures from taobao and engaged Jie Neng and his team to help me with the installation. Tho there could be difference in the way of installation from Singapore and the chinese way, such as showerheads, the team installed everything without any faults. Our timeline was ver tight, in fact we requested the project to be completed by one month because we were kind of in a rush, the team pushed through the targetted timeline. Overall satisfied with the project, would recommend to friends and family!

It was a good decision of my wife n me to choose Jalen and Derrick for our jumbo unit renovation. Everything was done on time and handed over. Great sharing of ldeas and ways to come up with a solution for a 25 years old unit. Good job guys. Well recommended to get their services. Thumbs up Jalen Derrick and Jalen father who also came in to oversee. Also point to note they handed over before deadline and update us with pics on the process of the renovation.

Job well done after all with quality works. Jieneng demonstrates his professionalism by being patient enough to provide valuable advices to our new bto flat as well as sharing his experience on certain craft work with measurements involved. Tell him your idea/expectation and it will become a reality. Jieneng will be honest to tell you if can be done or not. Jieneng is also willing to bring us around on site to view his current/ finished project without hesitation before we signed contract with him. *SMM rules still apply. Jieneng is prompt in his reply. He can be contactable even on weekends. Of course not to disturb during sleeping hours. Throughout the renovation journey, Jieneng will constantly provide update on the status with photos. Hence, it is hassle free if we are busy with work on weekdays. Even after hand over, he still takes responsibility to do minor maintenance/ repair works. Appreciate much and well recommended.

Thank you Jalen and team at Our interior in building up our ideal home. Jalen took pride in his works, and passionately helped us in our first ever renovation journey. Of course as a first time owner we’d be full of questions and ideas, Jalen would listen wholeheartedly and patiently explain to us and gives his very best to accommodate us. With me being OCD, I understand that I may not be an easy client to deal with but Jalen doesn’t take any offence and yet he still assured us that he would rectify any problems we raised. Especially his words, very steadily, “Ok, I will settle this.” With these words, give him some time that he needs, fret not he will make sure he solve all your problems. Thank you so much Derrick from Our Interior who made our first ever renovation encounter such a safe and enjoyable time! Being first-time owners we were very anxious about many things but really appreciated how approachable Derrick was, that allowed us to ask anything and he never took offense. This firm truly listens to the clients and ensures that they follow strictly to the timeline, even going above and beyond to complete the renovation for us AHEAD of schedule! We are so thankful to have this house before Chinese New Year 2021. Our Interior deserves 95% for their project management to oversee the contractors and ensure quality of workmanship.

We started renovation shortly after covid started and there was a lack of manpower however not only did OurInterior not charge us extra but often times we seen Jalen coming down to the site himself to work on things. He is receptive to feedbacks and very accommodating to us even after renovation was done, we cannot emphasised enough on how pleased we are with our first home done by OurInterior and will definitely go back to him if we were to shift to our next home in future 😊 Dealing with Jalen on the Reno was a comfortable process as prices are transparent and you won't be shock by hidden add ons' as he will inform us accordingly as & when we discuss which is greatly appreciated ! 😄

I got to know Jalen through my colleague and after a session of discussion, I know that he is the one who will be doing up my new flat. It was a dream come true where Jalen and his team trying their best to make a complete makeover for my 4rm resale flat. It was a great job done and Jalen has been very nice to follow up with any minor request to fix up whatever request I had. It’s important for me to find someone responsive and not someone who go MIA after job done. Great kudos to Jalen and his team members and you got urself a happy client. Jalen was very responsive to our needs and he took pride in his work! Most importantly, he's honest and trustworthy. Jalen who is from Our interior is a very meticulous person who accommodated to our request , he has given us precious opinion on the design of our masterbedroom toilet, kitchen, living room and etc. He will not ban us if we have any creative thinking but at the same time giving us more realistic idea to achieve more desirable design. We have bought second hand EM and actually there were lots of area to be renovated but we have budget constraints but Jalen Has helped us by telling us which part is more crutial to be completed first and properly planned within our budget. What we can said is whatever he can help he would help us with his best. Once again thank you Jalen for the help throughout the entire Reno process! Really appreciate Jalen for giving us wonderful Dream house❤️
