We were pleased to have engaged with Ken at Loft.9 among the options we considered as he was easy to communicate with and able to provide good ideas and suggestions on the design of our BTO 4 room flat. He was open to feedback when our design thoughts was not aligned and helped us with making the changes throughout the process. At the implementation stage his team was able to meet with the deadline and was also great at providing after-support when needed. Would recommend going with him for renovation needs.

I had a fantastic renovation experience with Ken Chia from Loft.9 Design Studio. Ken provided excellent design solutions and a highly functional layout that perfectly met my needs. I would say I am not an easy customer myself but his professionalism and creativity made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, which is something hard to come by. After meeting about 10 IDs, I engaged Ken as my ID for a complete renovation of my 5 room resale flat. Ken stood out from the beginning as he was polite, prompt with his replies, detailed and very opened to ideas. Although we had different ideas and tastes, Ken was very skilled at taking in my ideas, making suggestions to improve and then executing the ideas very well. I think his execution was very strong, almost perfect, there were no major issues and even the minor issues that i brought up, he addressed very quickly. He also knew not to push his ideas onto me and allowed me to have the design autonomy, and had fun working with my ideas instead. During the planning stage, he was also practical and direct about the things that couldn't be achieved. Although that resulted in uncomfortable and frustrating moments, it led to the overall success of the project. Overall, I would highly recommend Ken and Loft9!

Definitely no regret of engaging Loft 9 for our house renovation. It was a 20 plus year old unit and Loft 9 has really put our request into practical design, with a touch of artistic sense that we just love! The project was completed on time with good attention to details. Small defect were quickly rectified. We love our new house. Moved in for over 2 months now, the excitement and pleasure is still there everyday going back home!

We engaged the company to renovate our two bedrooms with hotel theme and spiderman theme. It when well in the end even though there were few misunderstandings. Ken the designer has ensured all the rectification works were completed as desired. Follow up modification works requested were done swiftly too. Special mention to the carpenters whom has done a good quality fabrication works. Overall, we are satisfied with the renovation works. There is a possibility that we will engage the company again for other projects in future.

The reason we decided to choose Kaden was because his idea was very fresh and innovative. It also matches what we wanted which was dark and cosy theme. Kaden was also very helpful and explained a lot to us even though we asked him a lot of questions since we were first time owner. He was very patient throughout. What we hope could be done better was the timeline. The agreed handover date was delayed a few times as there were still minor works ongoing. Nonetheless we understand that Kaden has a few concurrent projects and he still remained responsive amidst the delay. We would definitely recommend Kaden to our friends who are probably first time owners like us 😊 Thank you Kaden for making our first home a cosy one!

I recently completed a renovation, and I must say, I'm extremely satisfied with the results. The renovation was done promptly, which was a pleasant surprise. It's evident that the team worked efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. One aspect that really stood out to me was the designer's responsiveness. They were quick to reply to my inquiries and were incredibly attentive to my vision for the project. Their willingness to listen and provide creative input made the entire process smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the renovation experience. The combination of a timely completion and a responsive designer made it a truly positive and stress-free endeavor.

I engaged Loft9 as contractor as I do not need ID services. Ken and the team have provided me professional opinions even when I did not engage them on ID services. My renovation was then completed within 1.5month later. Loft9 provide a wide range of choices and Ken have personally shortlisted a few prior to our meet up with him at his shop. He offer to meet me and go through each corner of the unit to ensure no defects and provided me with genuine suggestion on how to use up my existing space. Renovation cost were within my budget as quoted by him. With him around stress level decreased. I greatly appreciate the fast turnaround time from Ken and the team. Overall very reliable ID.

After getting my first BTO and planning my next step was quite a daunting experience initially, however that has changed after I have engaged Ken from a friend's recommendation. Working with Ken was great as he is very approachable and take the time to clarify any questions that I had. He also take that extra miles to help me with my selection of suitable lighting, appliances, fittings etc. When rectification was required, Ken and his assistant handled it very promptly and usually it will be fixed in the next day or so. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
