Being first time home owners, my husband & I were clueless with the renovation process & we were initially worried due to many horror stories about unethical IDs. So when we first met Erica & Keith (through word of mouth), my husband & I felt that we could connect with them in terms of frequency & comfort. They were attentive to our requests, ideas & questions throughout the discussion. We also like that they offered their opinion if they feel our ideas can be improvised further. They were not pushy at all which made us feel at ease & more importantly, there were no hidden cost at all; everything was transparent to us & based on quotation. Thanks to Spacebox IDesign, our first renovation mission was a breeze as they led us through the process with total commitment. As with all renovation, there would be slight hiccups. But they were also very responsive & acted on the issues very promptly. We are very pleased with how our home looks like in the end; our feature wall in the living room specially designed by Spacebox ID received many compliments! A heartfelt thanks to Spacebox, specifically to Keith and his team. Keith is very professional and passionate in his work. He listens, answers queries and explains in details. He and his team met my expectations and very responsive when it comes to rectification works. They were able to complete the work within our short timeline. We love the custom-built cabinet he designed, an elegant and practical design. Overall, the workmanship was flawless, and even exceeded our expectations! Kieth had a good eye for detail, and understood the concept we wanted well. He accommodated all of our requests and even gave some useful suggestions that made the room more functional and practical.
