I have decided to go with Violetta after looking at the work they had done on their social media accounts, as I feel they will be able to understand the design I wanted. They definitely did not disappointment. My ID, they were able to help resolve issues that surfaced during the renovation process. In particular, they had many good ideas that were not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionable. They took time to understand my needs, and they paid attention to the finer details, ensuring the design meets my specific requirements. The workmanship by their team is of really good quality, and any defects found were rectified in a timely manner. Even the bigger unforeseen issues that I initially thought were impossible to fix, but they found creative ways to resolve. So far all the guests who came to my house were full of praises. I will not hesitate to recommend to my friends who are looking for an ID. Thank you Violetta!

Violetta helped us with my parents’ initial renovation, and as it was a great working experience, we engaged them for the whole house as well. They are always very responsive to our questions and requests, and always very on the ball. It was an extremely tight schedule to begin with, but they managed to deliver everything with the schedule which we are very grateful for. We love the design, love the feel, love how everything is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practically done. It was impressive work and we are so glad we left our home in their good hands.

Getting our house interior done by Violetta Design was a wonderful decision that we made. We received quotes from a few interior design firms and decided to go with Violetta as their quote was reasonable and detailed, and we were definitely not disappointed with the service we received. The whole renovation experience went very smoothly. Of course, there would be unforeseen hiccups or challenges like a slight delay in timeline, but Jackson was a supportive ID easily contactable, and it was very easy to work with him to resolve the issues that came up. Overall, great process and I'm happy with the results.

Upon 1st meeting with Jackson, he was patient and understanding alongside our ideas and gave us pretty good suggestions on the layout and colour toned of the design we had planned for. He had provided good options for us to consider and was not pushy. He also monitor closely of the renovation work and kept to the timeline we had wanted. In the end, the final outlook was fantastic and we are glad we took his advice previously and not stuck with ours. Most importantly, he had kept to the budget we indicated. Thanks Jackson for finishing our house renovation earlier than expected date. We are very happy to see the beautiful kitchen and toilets after the renovation. He provided us with good ideas on the design of our kitchen & also responded quickly to our replies during the renovation period. Since we are renovating our existing home, there are some hiccups along the way, but that just shows the need for clear communication and ensure that all things that need to be kept or unwanted are clearly marked out before start of work. I think a pre work marking out of items to keep could be done to ensure things proceed smoothly. A proper schedule could have been drafted out so that accessories could be purchased timely especially when a lot of our accessories such as the mirrors, toilet cabinets, toilet bowls, basins and sinks were ordered online.

Being a first time home owner, renovation was pretty daunting. Among all the IDs that we contacted, we were most comfortable with Jackson and Chui Han. We got to know Violetta during a visit from a friend's place. The good testimony and their great work convinced us to engage with them. The project was on time and the process was very smooth from the beginning. They also still help with the small touch up after the project was completed 👍. They were very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Jackson and team.

Hiring an Interior Designer to help is an expense many people aren't exactly prepared for. It seems like you can figure things out on your own, but do yourself a favor and please hire Violetta. I had a budget, I had my own ideas and opinions about what I wanted. Many designers will blow the budget or force you into styles that don't fit your personality. Not Violetta, he knew where to push and where to evolve his own creativity to fit my style & taste. He stayed within budget. I LOVE my house, it's a masterpiece! I Highly recommend Jackson and his team for your dream home!

My recent renovation journey with Violetta has been awesome. Both Jackson and Chui Han have been able to visualise my bachelor pad ideas and take it up another level. They were very responsive to my queries at any time of the day and week, accomodative and punctual. I got my apartment ready to move in exactly when i needed it to be completed and my final inspection checks were a breeze. None of the horror stories you may have heard or read about other IDs. Great job! Great service! Great experience! My wife and I first heard about Violetta Design Studio from a friend, and decided to check out their Facebook page. From their Facebook page, we saw some of their renovation works, which aligns with what we are looking for. Hence, we decided to enquire further and have a meetup with them. That’s when we got to know Jackson & Chui Han, our Interior Designers. Since this was our first renovation for our 4-room BTO flat, we were new and clueless to all the renovation processes, so we had asked quite a lot of questions since the beginning. Jackson & Chui Han were really patient and understanding, and tries to guide us along our renovation journey. They were always constantly there for us, throughout the renovation - from sourcing & recommending floor tiles, to choosing household appliances, etc. We are really thankful and appreciate them for going the extra-mile. They had also arranged and accompanied us to meetup with the electrician (Ah Ming) and the carpenter, so that we all can align all the necessary electrical & carpentry information. We were also constantly updated of our renovation progress details too. Therefore, we highly recommend Violetta Design Studio. As we not only achieved our dream home, we also made great friendship with Jackson, Chui Han & team! Cheers!

We engaged Jackson and Chuihan for minor renovation for our 10 yrs old home. We added some cabinets and wardrobe to the kitchen and bedrooms. We also painted the whole house, installed new window grilles at balcony and kitchen. The add on kitchen and wardrobe cabinets were well integrated with our existing ones. The workmanship of carpentry work is very good. The electrician also recommended cheap and good lightings for our house. Jackson and Chuihan would make an effort to be around to ensure things were progressing as planned. There were minor hiccups but Jackson and Chuihan were responsive in resolving them. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience working with them on the renovation of our house.
