A simple renovation of our apartment which was estimated to take 1.5 months lasted well over 3 months, and we had to eventually kick the contractor (Ivan from IPC) out to retake our home. We eventually fired the contractor and withheld payment over repeated dishonesties in the work. The work undertaken by IPC was extremely shoddy and carried out by poorly skilled workers who were often late for work or simply not present. There was no site supervisor 90% of the time, resulting in carpentry work that we had to reject and throw out. They claimed they could do microcementing (part of our floor) but they couldn't; it was a botched up job! We've since engaged a flooring expert and another contractor to fix the mess, and both opined that the work from IPC was unacceptable by any standards; they were stunned at the shoddiness and unprofessionalism. I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this contractor. They don't live up to their promise and will give you the runaround and claim that they are doing their best. Well, they can do better by getting out of this business because they simply don't have the ability to deliver.

We originally expected a simple affair based on our budget, but when we approached IPC Interior, they were able to maximize our budget to give us the design and atmosphere we wanted. They also managed to give us within the timeline we gave as we were on rental and didnt wish to overextend our tenancy. IPC Interior was able to give us a home of our dreams despite our minimal budget and tight timeline. Would definitely recommend.

Ivan did not view my renovation as just another simple renovation, but went into specifics and details to make sure every corner is covered. We were expecting only our needs to be covered, but Ivan went the extra mile to make sure every other detail was covered. More importantly, he stayed close to my budget and did not try to push me into increasing my budget for every extra detail. Ivan was focused on giving me a proper home and I appreciate the efforts he put for me. Will definitely recommend.

We picked IPC Interior as our renovation contractor as they were not only able to provide timely feedback on what we want, but also is able to implement them and bring them to reality. Ivan took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, and his designs exceeded our expectations. He transformed our outdated space into a modern and functional living area that we absolutely love. Ivan's color scheme and material selections were perfect, and his choice of furniture and decor were spot-on. Throughout the renovation, Ivan communicated with us regularly, providing updates on the project's progress and addressing any concerns we had promptly. He was always available to answer our questions and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the final result.

When I approached Ivan, I gave him a tight deadline as my wife is returning from Australia, and I wanted to surprise her before she returned to Singapore. Ivan managed to get the renovations done in time within a span of 3 weeks to accomplish my goal. Not only did he manage to finish it in time, but also within the budget I had meted out without any additional costs. I am very appreciative of his efforts into my home!
