Loy worked on our first home and we didn't hesitate to reach out to her on the move to our second home. She not only is exceptionally reliable at turning your ideas into reality, she is responsive and open to ideas providing her professional look into what could or could not be done. Her level of detail orientation is second to none. From day one she maintains a really high standard and ensures that all her contractors are managed effectively. I did not for a single moment have to worry about the renovation process. It was completed on time and our beautiful home delivered just as we envisioned and more. Thank you Loy for being such an important part of our first and now second home. Could not recommend her any more highly!

We engaged Ms Loy from Cozy Ideas as our ID for our HDB resale (5 room). From the start, she was responsive to our queries. Ms Loy was attentive, and able to patiently clarify our doubts about the renovation designs and the various intricacies. She was also patient to help us adjust the designs of the renovations as times goes. We especially like the island kitchen and the kitchen backsplash designed for us. During the renovation, she was prompt to inform us of unexpected issues (we had hollow tiles) and help us to resolve them. Even after the hand over, we appreciated her responsiveness to address various touch ups.

When choosing the ID, we may consider many criteria such as price, design quality, and many other things. My recent experience would choose the one who have to be reliable and committed to the project since we are purchasing service and intangible values. Frankly, during project, there must be some variations in the expectations and outcomes, so far we are satisfied with Cozy design team’s responsibility and eagerness to rectify the issues. They are patient and willing to communicate and provide assistance.

Working with Loy from Cozy Cots Ideas has indeed been a very calm, pleasant and smooth-sailing journey. From the onset, Loy’s firm beliefs in honesty, sincerity and commitment towards her profession was clearly evident in all her interactions with us. The planning was done in a meticulous manner, as she ensured that all of her client’s needs were met. Even if there were challenges, we were always met with the most calm reassurance of a solution tinged with a soft smile. Loy’s quiet confidence has been her strength and the very reason why we engaged her. Our project at Flame Tree Park was the third time that we had engaged Loy to renovate our home and it was by far the biggest that we had undertaken. Despite there being a wide choice of contractors to choose from, Loy was our obvious choice as she was honest, trustworthy and reliable. We knew that the project would be completed based on her timeline and that our investment would be safe. Moreover, I absolutely love how she worked with my mother, listening attentively and offering alternative suggestions whenever needed. Her post renovation services still continued for weeks and she’d continue to check in on us to ensure that all was well. The numerous times that she’d come over to ensure that all aspects of her work was close to perfection long after the renovation was over only shows the dedication that she has towards her clients. Was referred by a friend to engage Cozy Ideas and to look for Ms Loy. Turn out to be an excellent choice! Ms Loy was patient throughout the whole renovation process and explains clearly on any questions we have along the way. Ms Loy also shares practical ideas to meet our needs and recommend products and vendors for our home. Schedule was communicated and well planned. Ms Loy was also very punctual on all our appointment. Overall a very good experience for our 1st home.

What we like about Loy is that she is professional and was always punctual for our appointment. She kept us updated on the work process and gave us clear timeline on what we should be expecting. Eventually, she was able to get her team together to meet our tight budget and tight timeline. My family and I were satisfied with our newly refurbished house. I was particularly impressed with the carpentry work that her team had build up. Hope it will stand up to time!

Me and My wife was referred by my brother in law and we approached Loy for ID advice last year for our new home renovation ideas. She is extremely helpful and tried her best to accomodate on what we have in our mind on how to design our new home living. She went the extra mile to source for ideas which we wanted. An example is for our child's bedroom. My child wanted Avengers wallpaper for his bedroom and Loy went within her means to source for the Avengers design which our child wanted and got it. Our child is extremely delighted with the wallpaper design extremely, even now more than 1 year later. Also to add that, Loy is reliable and punctual in all her appointments with us. We managed to move in within 2 months after our TOP in April 2021, before the lockdown due to covid in Malaysia (as some of the carpentry supplies/fabrications are in JB) which avoided delay issues as we wanted to move in by July2021, before the Chinese Ghost Month. Hence highly recommend Loy for her timeliness, professionalism, as well as commitment in her works!

Cozy idea was being referred by one of my friend who also engage them for their 1st house. This is how we got to know Loy (our designer). we engaged Loy before covid and had our house design brieftly crafted out, however, due to covid, our BTO got delayed. Through out the delay we did have some change of mind on some of the design we intially wanted, Loy is very patient to listen to our requests and gave us useful suggestions. Loy is very puncture and early for all her appointments with us. Despite on all the delays and shortage of manpower during Covid lock down, she was able to complete and hand over our house in less than 2 months time. We do not have any issues after staying in the house for the past 1 year. i did refer some of my friends to Loy. Highly recommened on her service and professionalism.

Prior to choosing the right reno company, i had considered up to 5 companies. I had even went to Qanvast reno drive to sought for the best reno company. I then decided on Cozy ideas. My designer was Loy. A patient, polite, friendly lady who always tries her best in accomodating to my needs and wants to build my ideal home. She has never failed to share her honest opinions in every of my suggestions. She is always on the ground to ensure works done was up to standard. She is prompt in replying my queries. Even after the handover, any queries were replied immediately. I really admired her professionalism and commitment towards customers' experiences. The workmanship done was superb and i am so glad i engaged this company and her to do up my lovely home. Since then i have been recommending my friends and families to her for house renovation. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, reasonable and good renovation company!!

Our house is Dover Parkview Condo and design theme is modern contemporary. Renovation cost ( exclude furnishings) $60,000 to $70,000 Renovation period: 01 July to 16 August 2019 Yes! we will recommend my ID Kimmy and Cozy Ideas to our friends and family! Something I really like about IDs? Yes, Provided quotation & pricing is good and designers is concise in requirements. Also Responsive to enquiries on whatsapp. Cost effective solutions is provided but there is limitation designing or fabrication. Not much delays nor hiccups along the way. We really like the window's Storage Bench. Is renovation works cost value for money? Yes, pricing is good. Suggestion: Proceed to carpentry detailing at early stage so there is flexibility in providing order/ flow of work schedule

Something I really like about Belinda? Yes, She is very understanding, trustworthy, reliable, professional , expert in this area. She is responsive to our telephone calls & texts. No delays or hiccups, according to my time schedule/ timeline. Kitchen and master bedroom carpentry done in top quality and design. And renovation works cost is value for money.
